On August 15 at 16h15min. I arrived at the gas station and got in line. The car in front of me filled up with 95% gasoline and drove away. I inserted the refueling gun into the neck and went to pay, and then it turned out that refueling 95 was not carried out because the tanker was draining. After leaving the station, I found that there was a sign behind the car forbidding entry to the pump. The service is just at a "height". And the regulatory authorities explain from the point of view of safety, is it normal to drain gasoline when there are cars next to the tanker?

I was refueling with gas, 55 liters were poured into an empty cylinder as much as 57, then 58 liters!!!! To the question of how this can be, they answer - we are monitoring the density of the gas, or you have, they say, a cylinder clearly larger than stated. But. I drive at their gas station as much as after other gas stations, I specially checked the cylinder during the inspection -55 liters, and at other gas stations I pour a maximum of 50 liters into an empty one. And somehow refueled for cash. The bell was turned on 2 times, obviously the saved money was washed. So the conclusions are drawn, what are they doing there.
