The cashier (male) refused to accept the barcode, as they say, "you have it! And in our country, to use a barcode, you need to buy it in a store. Otherwise, the barcode is not accepted." is this the personal attitude of this seller (not to serve Russians without buying in the store) or an increase in sales at his point? By the way, he never broke the barcode.
