The conditions are good
I was in the hospital with a child 5-6 times between the ages of 2 and 6 years.I praise and thank the Pediatrics department. The staff is polite and attentive. We were admitted to the hospital at the age of 11, and nothing much has changed.
BUT THE EMERGENCY ROOM is just terrible.A woman working on a shift barked at the doctor, behaved very unprofessionally. Her son is much bigger physically than his peers, and she decided that since he was big, his help was not very urgent (they had an allergic reaction)She said, "The boy is big, he can wait." We arrived by ambulance at 21 o'clock, we got to the pediatrics department at 23 o'clock, there were 4 people in the waiting room.

It's a disgusting place! A 2-year-old child fell and cut his forehead! First aid was provided for almost 3 hours, and we achieved it through a scandal! We arrived, went to the emergency room, said get out and wait for the doctor. At the same time, the doctor was sitting there laughing with the nurses. He came out after 10 minutes, didn't examine anything, said you want to sew it up!!! The name of the surgeon's doctor is Valentin Sergeyevich Kottsuba (according to him, since he was not wearing a badge). Through demands and scandal, they achieved an examination by a neurologist. The surgeon shifted the responsibility to the parents to sew up the wound or not. Thanks to the neurologist who insisted on suturing, as the wound is large. But this surgeon is just disgusting. How can a small child not receive first aid, not examine anything? I spent 3 hours trying to get something done. I was shocked.

I'm here at the moment.
Department of Surgery post number 1.
The department is terrible, the medical staff is just terrible, I don't even know where they came from here, maybe they're not from our area at all, because they just don't see their patients sitting and waiting only for the end of the shift, they have to go to the post 5 times to take their temperature or pressure, after operations people help people themselves, nurses come in 2-3 times a day and then only to distribute some pills, they don't care about the patients at all, they only sit at the post and discuss their personal issues without letting the phone out of their hands during the day, this applies more to young workers up to about 35.
Older medical workers at least somehow treat people like human beings.
I understand that the salary is not big, so it's better to go to someone else to study, and not to work as a medical worker. This is my first time in a new hospital, and I had a better opinion of the hospital and the staff until I got here.
I am very sorry for my fellow countrymen who come here!
