In the evening, I asked how things were going, they explained that they were still being diagnosed, but they couldn't name the exact cause yet and didn't want to disassemble the car once again. The next day, the master contacted me and clarified all the details. And so, in the evening, the master contacted, he said you can pick it up. Upon arrival, I told you everything in detail, how they couldn't detect this knock and because of this, diagnosis was difficult, which I readily believe, since the knock disappeared on a warmed-up car. It turned out to be the case of an anther, which was re-lubricated and the knock disappeared altogether. But they couldn't guarantee that they had fixed the problem exactly, so they refused to accept any payment.
I didn't write a review right away on purpose, so I decided to travel and observe. As a result, there was no hint of knocking. I am very pleased, especially with the attitude of the master, who searched for the problem to the end, and also did not want to do unnecessary disassembly of the machine (which I gave the go-ahead for).
To sum up, the service is excellent, I can safely recommend it. Especially when you consider that I had previously visited another service, where the diagnosis took an hour, found nothing, took the money and told me to drive and ignore this knock.

They allegedly ordered a rail, but it came like a bad one, we are waiting for another one. It is not yet known from what attempt they picked up what works. What kind of miracle suppliers are these? To the fact that the price of the rail is clearly too high. I climbed the entire bumper buy at the price of 350u.I did not find e on passat b6. The average price is 200-260... And finally, having been taken away from the repair, my rail was not returned. Supposedly they have a lot of them and in order not to confuse them, I need to come tomorrow... Only they know what I gave 1370 for, but I suspect they just divorced me. After that, I found that the backlight and buttons on the steering wheel stopped working..The adaptation of the new supposedly reiki was not carried out.. I haven't climbed under a car yet.. perhaps the tips are not mine, but I changed them a month ago..
