The chocolate is very mediocre and the place is noisy. The service is most overshadowed, because cashiers have been trained to respond exclusively in Ukrainian, and when addressing them in Russian, they do not switch to the client's language, which for me, as for a native of Kharkiv, is absolute savagery.
