The exterior of the building leaves much to be desired, the interior too, only the third floor is renovated and in European style. I liked that there are sockets for recharging the phone.

Old, gloomy, unkempt. The toilets are not bad. The International Railway Station is the face of the city and it shouldn't be like that.
