Arriving on May 2, 2024, we are from Russia, we decided to immediately visit this institution, lunch time. We were seated at the far table, from where we could see other visitors very clearly. Basically, everyone ate, and sat chatting, talking. We waited for 10 minutes , but no one paid attention to us, and the menu was not offered either. There was no desire to stay here any longer. We went to another restaurant where we ate daily. And they did not lose. We were very satisfied with the cuisine, the service and the atmosphere. As a result, we were glad that they did not feed us here in Labi Hovuz.

1. We booked a table, agreed on a specific area near the singer, which was confirmed to us at the time of booking. As a result, they were planted on the other side of the pond altogether. You could immediately say that everything was busy there, for example, and there would be no questions, and not to cheat in such small things. By the way, the tablecloth on the table was stained from previous guests
2. The menu was not carried until different waiters passing by were pulled several times
3. In the kitchen: the portion size is typical for a European restaurant, that is, small. We have not seen such small portions in any restaurant/cafe in Uzbekistan. The salad of fried peppers, eggplants and tomatoes, which should be warm, was brought cold - apparently, the batch is prepared in the morning, and then distributed to visitors during the day. The same impression was formed about fatira: the flatbread both looked and tasted delicious. There is very little meat in laghman
4. Hookah: if you understand at least something about hookah, then it will be obvious to you that the hookah is bad here. There is almost no choice from tobacco. The hookah man stubbornly tried to convince us to score a clean peach, which none of us wanted, and answered all questions about the presence of flavors that this taste is there / not, but he will score us a peach. After the list of flavors was finally announced, we ordered a mixture of pineapple, mango and kiwi. The hookah arrived about 20 minutes later (to be honest, by that time the food had completely disappointed us, and we were going to get up and leave). It tasted like a very soft mango puree mixed with peach, that is, not what we ordered, although the hookah man convinced us that there was mango, pineapple, kiwi. The taste of tobacco completely disappeared after less than half an hour of smoking, and this is a hookah for 148,000 soums
5. We spent quite a lot of time trying to catch the waiter to bring us the bill, because they are all running somewhere and ignoring everything around. After we managed to ask for the bill, it was carried for another 10 minutes and brought after repeated reminders. By the way, a service fee of 15% is automatically included in the bill. It is a pity that we did not see the service from the word "absolutely"

The food seems to be ordinary, but the prices have been raised. My parents didn't like the kebabs. Three people had lunch, a check of 400 thousand. The biggest disadvantage is that there is no normal toilet, separate for men and women. There are no toilets nearby either, if there are, the waiters are not aware. They receive 100 guests daily and so the problem is. We could have built normal toilets with separate cabins a long time ago.

There was a double impression of visiting this restaurant. Lagman turned out to be so-so, but Bukhara samsa, at a high level. The rest of the dishes are also delicious, it will go for tourists. The interior is certainly not pretentious, it looks more like a dining room, but considering that tourists mostly come there, and in Uzbekistan, the main thing in catering is not the interior, but the "kitchen", then I won't even shoot a star for it. In addition to the interior, there are tables outside, which is probably not the best thing in hot weather, and when it's cool, it's a great place. By the way, the tables are either under a canopy or under the shade of trees. One thing I can say is that in this place there is always a full house. They cook quickly, the staff is well-trained, generally clean.

Excellent restaurant in the very center of Bukhara. I ordered a shish kebab lumpy and ground. Delicious, the portions are large. There is also a good rib eye steak and a vegetable kebab. I do not recommend ordering fried ice cream, there are a lot of coconut chips in it and the ice cream itself is not tasty. There are no complaints about the service. Polite staff, with a good memory, which is an infrequent phenomenon in Uzbekistan. Everything that I ordered was brought to me the first time without a reminder.
The price tag is average. For 3 kebabs, double ice cream, tea and flatbread 100-120 thousand.
One of the disadvantages is an ugly shabby menu, with gross grammatical errors. You can't tell from the photos how rib eye steak is served. The toilet is in terrible condition. There are only 2 booths for such a large institution and they are probably extremely rarely cleaned, because It is very dirty and unpleasant to be there.

I liked the kebab in the meat plate and generally a good steak, but it was a little harsh. I really liked the tortillas from the whole order.
