I graduated from Lyceum No. 24 in 1999, having been a student there since it was just a regular school. The transformation when it became a Lyceum was extraordinary—like night and day. The last two years were academically the most challenging, but also the most rewarding and inspiring.
Studying there was a truly enriching experience, and the impact on my life has been profound. I was fortunate to be the only student with perfect grades, which earned me a full tuition exemption—an achievement I remain proud of to this day. The quality of education was unmatched, with the best teachers in Almaty guiding us. We even had the opportunity to study specialized subjects at Arhimed School once a week, as well as attend accounting classes at Narhoz. These unique opportunities made learning both diverse and engaging.
By the end of these two exciting years, I graduated with a perfect academic record and an accounting certificate in hand. This strong foundation set the stage for my future achievements. I went on to graduate from Narhoz University with full honors, and later earned an MSc in Computer Science in Scotland. My career has since taken me from Kazakhstan to the UK, where I now live with my family.
Looking back, my years at Lyceum No. 24 were pivotal in shaping who I am today. The skills I gained—academic discipline, a love for lifelong learning, and perseverance—were instilled by teachers who were not only knowledgeable but also deeply committed to helping us reach our full potential. They saw promise in me and constantly pushed me to aim higher, for which I will always be grateful.
Lyceum No. 24 provided the best foundation I could have hoped for, and I owe much of my success to the education I received there. Thank you for those unforgettable years and for believing in me!
