I wanted to buy a headphone amplifier, well, yes, I thought it was a simple task nowadays. Anyway. I called more than once, but I didn't get through; although it was a working day on the website, they were either reset or not answered. I left a request on the website through the "buy in one click" button - silence ... no response, no greetings, well, it's not needed anymore, I waited half a day - not even a hint of a call (actually, because of this attitude, you lose customers). As a result, I had to quickly search the Internet in search of at least someone, and, fortunately, I found another store, and, surprisingly, I got through - the order was placed and picked up within an hour (suddenly, and so you can work). THE VERDICT Customer orientation is zero. An almost disrupted holiday, torn nerves. Wasted time. So much for the service in 2024. P.S. I rarely give bad grades. It's the first time I've scored one star, but I think it's well deserved!

I came to pick up the headphones, as if from a pick-up point. The employee called within a couple of minutes after confirming the order on the website. We discussed the details, came up and took it away. They gave a guarantee. Everything is fine 👍

I tried to call them for an hour and a half yesterday. I wanted to order headphones. And what did you think... At first they did not pick up the phone, although they called both listed on the site. And then they started throwing it off altogether... well, I think they're probably very busy. They don't care about customers. I thought at least they would call back, ask what I called, maybe what I wanted) So no... I didn't wait. By the way, your website says: We strive to be able to say, “Wow! This is a service, I will buy only here.” My conclusion: And this is a service??? I will buy, but not here!

This was the first and last time I ordered something from this store. If your couriers are so afraid that they will not park in the yard and ask the client to go outside, warn about such jokes at the time of registration. I'd rather overpay another store than listen to the sutra: "... well, if you promise me that there will be a place to put the car..."

I strongly do not recommend this store. I ordered headphones, before that an active user of sennheiser and Trn, asked to clarify what is and which are popular. The seller in the tube strongly convinced me that senkhi and trn are no longer relevant, and it's worth taking the awesome Brainwawz brand, I swear to my mom, this is the best thing that happened to my ears. Ordered, paid, 145p with a 50 percent discount for the M2 model- it arrived, neither before nor after warming up, neither with a dac, nor with a player, does not want to work with anything. The high ones are dead, the middle and bottom are at the level of 50 kopeck ears. You can say it's my fault, I took my word for it, I fell for it, but before that I took it in this store repeatedly - there were no problems. Whether a dull counterfeit came to me, or I just got a stale product, I don't want to figure it out. The seller who picks up the phone - if you read this review, I wish to spend the money earned by this method on health.

The store is good, there are many headphones to choose from and at an affordable price. However, at the present time, it was not possible to listen to full-size headphones in any hardware store in Minsk, including M.Audio. Packages were sealed everywhere, and there was great hope for M.Audio...

In any case, do not buy from this seller. Apparently, they sell counterfeit products that are not serviced at official service centers. I bought Sennheiser MTW3 headphones on 01/28/2023 for 835 rubles. I assume that the seller purposefully entered the number of the headphone box in the warranty card, and not the serial number of the headphones. I threw the box away after 2 weeks. The headphones stopped working normally after 2 months. I came with a warranty card to an authorized center, where, to my surprise, I was sent home, because the warranty card issued by this sharashkin office is not an official guarantee. I came to the seller at the Parking mall, where I was asked to provide a box with the number entered in the warranty card. Of course there is no box. The serial number of the headphones, which can be viewed in the Smart Control program, was not even asked, but it is not in the coupon. From all of the above, I make the assumption that there is a scheme resembling a fraudulent one. I plan to study the activities of this company more closely and contact the relevant authorities in order to prevent the appearance of victims like me in the future. Therefore, I strongly do not recommend this company.

The prices are quite decent, for some models the lowest in the city. The delivery is fast, the consultants are polite, there have been no questions about the quality of the goods so far. Of course, I would like a slightly longer warranty, but these are small things.

If desired, you can check the product before buying. If you want to buy large headphones, it's not a fact that there will be a large package available. But the package can be purchased at the mall next door. If you want to test the radio headphones, there may be a problem with the drivers on the store laptop (win 7 is no longer officially supported).
