So the hotel is very nice. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast. But in the room (standard superior) there is no refrigerator, air conditioning. The TV is working, but every five minutes the programs are turned off.
And so - cozy.

Good afternoon! This year I celebrated my D.R. together with my husband at the M-hotel, I wanted peace and quiet!) Everything I had planned, I got in this hotel: a quiet and cozy place, an interesting interior, almost 2 hours of relaxation (bath + massage for two), a wonderful dinner (and breakfast) and excellent service (the receptionist Alyona was very friendly, responsive and attentive). The only thing I lacked was a territory where I could walk, but it absolutely did not spoil the good impression of the hotel!!! 😀

A disgusting hotel, more like a tavern. Noise and revelry from the cafe downstairs all night. To the requests to the staff, we received tough answers in an almost nationalistic form that we are not welcome here and know your place. The money was paid a lot for the hotel, the reviews are good, it looks like everyone has screwed up or everyone is writing under a degree from this cafe. There was a cockroach crawling in the room, which surprised me at all, I haven't seen such horror for a long time, I absolutely don't recommend it, run away from this hotel as far as possible!

This is a very decent mini-hotel outside Minsk. For motorists. Clean, cozy, inexpensive. There is a restaurant and free parking. However, the restaurant is external (there is also an internal cafe where breakfast is served).
The breakfast is very simple, with no choice, but this is a standard Belarusian story. The coffee is delicious and strong.
Overall, I was satisfied.
I give 4 stars, but I am ready to confirm 4.5.

A great place . The staff is polite and courteous . The kitchen is wonderful. The interior is very decent. Our room was ordinary, but clean and cozy. Good, convenient parking. What is important , it is not expensive at all . I recommend.

The hotel is not big, but cozy!In winter, it is warm in the cold season. The shower/toilet is working properly, hand gels /shampoo/soap /tual paper-everything is available!Regular and carbonated water are provided free of charge in the room. The room is clean. The food is normal, with full occupancy of the hotel-buffet:)Polite staff. I took off the star-the audibility is enormous!But this is almost everywhere the case!I really liked the hotel for its hospitality and comfort!!

The owner of the respect M - hotel, he created a good country complex for recreation.
However, he did not approach the staff so responsibly.
There is no service, the food is disgusting, and all of it! Starting with cold snacks, ending with hot. Accordingly, the rest was spoiled to some extent, and no one will recommend this place to others present.

We were at the hotel on 12/27/2020. I liked everything very much. The staff is polite and friendly. A beautiful, cozy, and most importantly clean room. The taps in the bathroom are sparkling. Snow-white bathrobes, towels. Single-dose personal hygiene precautions. In the morning, a delicious breakfast was served, which was chosen upon check-in and fed at a convenient time. It's a pity, but the restaurant didn't work, I had to have dinner with the neighbors. And so I liked everything.

We celebrated the celebration in this institution, it was very atmospheric, especially delicious, but most of all I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff, Olga and two other girls (unfortunately I did not remember their names).... this is now a luxury, I urge the management to appreciate and financially encourage such employees who simply guess the desires and needs of the guests..
Of the cons: there were a lot of people in the hall and it was very stuffy (((

We had a rest with my husband in a suite, we liked everything very much, we spent a romantic evening with a bang.
