Master Inna did not let the mirror look at the rear view. Of course, I trusted the master, because I have never had problems with such a haircut. I washed my hair and was horrified...
the next day I had to call this institution. I was told that Master Inna will only be in 2 days, come then and it's okay, it's not very striking and the transition of hair into a step is a fold on the head. You have washed your head and your hair has lifted, it turns out that now you need to go cut your hair after each hair wash so that it lies flat. I wanted to start going to this barbershop, because it is close to home, but after such service, the desire disappeared. Even the barber students cut my hair better. Complete disappointment and a spoiled mood for a while until the hair grows back.
Most likely, master Inna is busy arranging her personal life (She really wants to marry a City man) and does not know how to cut her hair, but she can only cut it with one nozzle and only bald.

In March 2024 , they went to this salon with their granddaughter for trouble . The "master" Inessa served us - she looked 37-40 years old, with a low-quality hairstyle herself.
She talked all the way about how she worked in a Brothel. But, judging by the results of her work, this experience did not benefit her.
In short, she did not fall into the declared shade of "golden blonde" even approximately. After the first tinting, the color was dull. After repainting, my hair became completely copper-colored.
How? How could it be possible not to get even approximately into the shade TWICE?
After a lack of salon, the hair became liquid, like that of the "master" himself, and also split and tangled along the entire length.
And this is despite the fact that the above-mentioned "master" proudly calls himself a colorist and distributes some kind of "consultations". Don't get fooled!
Dear salon workers! Grow above yourself. You need to study a lot before you take on someone's hair and customer service in general.

I always get a haircut from one master, but when she fails due to sick leave or vacation, I get a haircut from other masters. Everything is at the highest level. The reception is polite and helpful. The room always has a pleasant temperature, light and atmosphere. Recently, I took my son 1 year and 2 months of age for his first haircut. The master coped with the task, even though the child is restless. The entire staff is always in a good mood and with a smile on their face. I definitely recommend it.

I signed up for the procedure of complex coloring of medium-length hair. The stated staining time is 4 hours. Before coloring, Inna K. showed the master a photo of what result was needed, and also told me how I had been painted before.
As a result, I started to lighten my hair with the wrong composition, then I realized that nothing was working and switched to powder. Half of the head is powder, half of the head is oxidizer. Then I washed off the oxidizer, changed everything to powder. Then there was no necessary tinting paint in the salon, they made the one that is. As a result, yellow hair, instead of ashy.
I'm not talking about the combs that fell on the master's floor and then she parted my hair with them, and about the fact that she worked without gloves.
I recommend that visitors pay attention to visiting this salon.

Arriving there as expected at 7.00, we began to wait for the master, one of the girls came on time, but she did not have the keys and the three of us were already waiting for the "main one".But then the most interesting thing began, this our dear Olya (the main one with the keys) did not pick up the phone and did not appear.We were very pressed for time. By 9 o'clock we had to be beauties and meet the guests. After waiting there until 7.50, we didn't wait for anyone and went home. The groom's mother and sister were left with nothing.
