This is a horror, not a workshop! It's not the first time I've applied because of hopelessness, and there are constant shoals. Once they put a rivet that doesn't hold at all. I came to redo it and replace another one, as a result, everything was replaced except the one I needed, and they also told me to pay extra for a new rivet, which was not replaced through any fault of mine and I actually already bought it. At the same time, no one apologized, and it is also necessary to pay extra for the mistake of the employees! Brilliant!

The review concerns the work of a craftswoman who carried out an order to replace the fastener in a swimsuit on 06/24/2024 in the late afternoon. I asked my husband to buy a broken clasp there, it turned out to be there, of course. They offered to sew it right away. He agreed, of course. They told me to come in about 40 minutes. I came in about an hour later. They forgot about this order and did not fulfill it. In a minute, the master literally sewed and gave her husband a swimsuit, he paid off and began to check how it was fastened. It turned out that one part of the fastener was sewn in, and the second part was left old! My husband returned, the master apologized, sewed another one in a minute, I'm not in Minsk, we're on vacation, my husband brought me a swimsuit, happy, and so did I. but!!! Not only is the clasp sewn not in the middle, but closer to one of the straps, so it is now small in volume for me, she did not rip the fabric, but cut it off, and without bothering whether she stitches it exactly or not. It is a pity that we are not in Minsk now, I would go there with a claim. You can fasten it now, but not on me, it bites into my body! So customers, be vigilant!

I contact the studio periodically, I am pleased with the timing and quality, but, unfortunately, there are both wonderful craftsmen and not so much (in terms of work). I entrust my clothes to only two craftsmen who consistently make high-quality ones, unfortunately, there were unpleasant results with others.
Shoe repair is not bad, but not all services can be provided, it is also better to take something complicated to another place, but basic things are done well here.

Unfortunately, my experience with clothing repair services turned out to be extremely disappointing. I expected a professional approach and a high-quality result, but, alas, this did not happen.
Firstly, communication with the staff left much to be desired. The staff looked disinterested and even rude at times. I did not feel that my wishes had been heard or taken into account.
Secondly, the quality of the work performed left many questions. The repair turned out to be sloppy: the seams were crooked, and some details were simply ignored. As a result, things looked worse than before the repair.
When I tried to ask to correct the errors, the reaction was indifferent. No one responded to my complaints, and I was left with the feeling that my money had been wasted.
In general, I do not recommend contacting this workshop if you want to receive high-quality and attentive service. It is better to look for other options.

A solid three. I needed buttons yesterday. I remembered that there is a wonderful workshop near the metro. I packed up, arrived and entered the building... My first impression is simply impossible to convey in words: the space is so narrow that when you enter you bump heads with other customers. As always, there are a lot of people, which made me happy, so the workshop is famous for its success. I found a counter with buttons, selected the desired diameter according to my sample and waited for one of the great-grandfathers to be released. One refused to serve me, but the young man was able to help me. He gave me the right four buttons and I paid off. I came home happy and found that the fourth one was a little different. It turned out that the fourth button has a completely different diameter. I did not return and change it a second time, I left it as a souvenir as a sign that it was not worth going there.

The shoe and bag repair department is not recommended (the hardware department is OK). They don't want to work. They take on profitable orders where there is less fuss. They refused twice (children's shoes - sew with decorative stitching + glue the bow; replace the lining in the bag). Moreover, they said according to the bag, the master would call back and take it to work or not. 3 weeks have passed and silence, she came and brazenly lied that they allegedly called and I was unavailable.
As a result, we immediately started in an ordinary mini-workshop in a couple of stops on Kuntsevshchyna Street. There the masters are closer to the people, more polite, more attentive and the price is ok and the speed.
