The spawn place of the drunks of the district. I lived in the house opposite, constant noise, especially in the evenings and ESPECIALLY on weekends) The prices are so-so, in the neighbors and a good place nearby - cheaper. It's scary to go into the department, where there is a gray sign above the entrance, the smell is like in a typical beer hall-the bottling of the two thousandth years.
