I do not recommend it! Terrible attitude towards customers. From the first communication with Tatiana, I had a negative impression, because the feedback was very long, but she asked not to jump to conclusions, which we regretted. The first thing you should pay attention to is that Tatiana asks you to sign a contract with a certain Striga Igor Petrovich, whom she represents as her husband. This citizen and his details are not on their website, by the way, there are no details about the organization at all, we learned this after problems with this agency appeared. After a preliminary check of the finished product, they put pressure on closing the contract and the balance of payment, and they have to explain that they need to take extra time to check, to identify flaws and trifles (and there were quite a few of them). As a result, at the moment 9 months have passed since the delivery of the product and it so happened that we did not use it, it was waiting in the wings for the implementation of our project. As soon as we began to integrate this product into marketplaces, it turned out that the file was not correct and was not suitable for uploading. We contacted Tatiana to resolve this issue, to which she said that they were not engaged in free technical support. It is not entirely clear why, in her opinion, we should re-pay for a product that has already been paid for. As a result, she ignores our attempts to contact her in every possible way. "A very client-oriented agency."
