I brought an inkjet printer with a factory CISS - Epson L120 to this company. The printer partially failed to print the black color. He asked me to clean the printhead. They told me the price - 6000 tenge. It is expensive for a job that should take no more than 1 day. But what can you do? The payment had to be made immediately... and this is despite the fact that I also give the printer to the company. It is a very strange practice to take payment even before the work is done. Well, all right. I thought that professionals, who have been on the market for more than one year, paid. I want to note that when I gave the printer away, all the ink tanks were half full. The deadlines for completing the work were given to me from 2 days to 2 weeks. I came to this sharash installation company in 1.5 weeks to find out how the repair is progressing, so instead of a clear answer, they also came at me that why did you come, we haven't called you yet. But that's half the trouble. Then the raids began, why I gave the printer for repair not fully refueled. Let me ask you - why should I give it away completely refueled at all? I asked you to clean the printhead, and did not tell you to print several hundred test pages on it, trying to clean the printhead programmatically. And anyway, was there paint when the company accepted the printer for repair?!?! It was! No one said anything about how much ink they needed to fix the printing problem. And then there's the hit-and-run for my own money. That's wonderful. Another week passes. I didn't drive anymore, I just decided to call. They answer me - you know it's not ready yet. We can't clean the black color in any way, all the others have already been cleaned. And then I think: stop, it was because of the black color that I brought it, all the colors were printed normally before the repair. I think, okay, I'll wait a little longer. Suddenly a miracle will happen. But a week passes (the total repair time is 3.5 weeks, not 2, as stated in the service center), I get a call from the company and they say come and pick it up, we couldn't do anything. Do you think it's OK, but will you return the money? Yeah, right now!!! I came to the company on my day off. I am submitting a receipt on which the L120 model is indicated. The "master" looks at the receipt, goes into the room and brings me a printer. I look at the printer, then at the master, then at the printer, then back at the master and say, gentlemen, this is not my printer. To me, again, in an ultimatum form, this is your printer, but it is written on a piece of paper. I answer them, yes, everything is written, but I only passed the L120, and they gave me the L132. This is how it is possible. They looked at me, looked at the printer, then at the master and began to figure out how I was given the wrong printer. As a result, I received the printer. The containers where the printer ink was were dry, although even the manufacturer had already written up to what point the cans could be drained. Whatever. We are a service, we know better. I come home, fill in the paint, turn on the printer and here, as they say, the cherry on the cake, I try to print a completely black square and, I'm just shocked - a completely white page comes out. That is, I gave 3 weeks and 6000 tenge to have my printhead killed altogether. Yes, now the printer no longer stripes when printing. He just skips past the page everything that was printed in black. But one question arises - why did I give money to this company and spend 3.5 weeks of my time waiting for a miracle?
