I've been living here for half a year. Nice quiet area. There is a forest and a park with a mini lake and ducks. The Korona construction and grocery store is a 10-minute walk away. Plus the subway.

From the metro - 3 days in the forest, 3 days in the field))). That is, 900 meters of them - 600 past the forest, construction sites and deserted educational institutions in the evening. The neighborhood itself is pretty, small (3 courtyards), well-maintained (playgrounds, benches, exercise equipment, sports grounds), near a green area (a rather big forest, there are picnic areas, from early morning to late at night residents of the area walk, run, ride and eat there). The ring road is also nearby - it is dusty in the daytime both on the street and in apartments. The nearest decent store "Korona" is a kilometer away (also through a field, through a forest), there are no shops on the road (as well as near the crown) and you can't drive up. And on the 1st floor of the business center there is an expensive small grocery store, the size of a kiosk, with a meager assortment and high prices, in the evenings the queue occupies the entire store. A hairdresser and an outpatient clinic are 100 meters from the most remote house. There are no old people or drunks, mostly adults 25-40 years old, children, a lot of pregnant women. It is understandable, because this is an area of rental apartments. The houses are new, the entrances are clean, the courtyards are also clean, except for sticky gray dust with a technical smell everywhere (it also does not wash well). There are no billboards there, so even the residents of Magister do not know what else is in this business center.

We rent an office in this business center. The location and view are excellent, the offices inside are new, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. The main entrance has not been completed for several years and is not working. On some floors, nothing has been completed yet, they are constantly repairing something, drilling, and sometimes the noise is unbearable. Both during the working day and after. No parking keys were issued for the entire company, although the closed parking lot is often empty. The underground parking is not functioning, it serves as a warehouse for building materials. As a result, there are not enough parking spaces, sometimes you have to park in courtyards, which local residents do not like. The playground is right next to the entrance to the business center, children are constantly running around the parking lot and at the entrance. Our next office move will definitely not be in this building.
