It's like there's no administration at all in this magnum! There are always queues in the morning, afternoon and evening! One or two cash desks are open, there are no self-service areas! They feel lonely there and they create queues on purpose!
Also, checks are given only in Kazakh for some reason! I asked to give it in Russian, they said they didn't have it! When other magnums always ask!
In short, if possible, it is better not to visit it!
