It is clear that everyone compares it to the same poppy.
As an institution in itself, without reference to what it was: good service, good food, it is quite possible if you are hungry and need a quick snack to go in and eat a couple of burgers.
If we compare it with the same:
- the bun in the burger is completely different, not as soft and without a remotely sweet taste as before.
- the meat is generally normal, different, but not worse or better
- cheese: instead of cheddar, what a tin that doesn't even melt from the temperature. In the store, sliced cheese is even better at times.
- the fish in the fish burger is delicious, but absolutely not what it was before.
- mac flour (ice cream) is the biggest loss: now, instead of an incredible chocolate chip melting in your mouth, now some kind of chocolate waffle is crumbled into a couple of pieces with your hands and thrown there.
Well, outwardly, all burgers look scary, but it was the same with McDonald's.
In general, it will do for a cheap eatery, but definitely not the level of the poppy.

By the food itself:we ordered a cheeseburger - it tasted like an artificial cutlet, the salad was with rotten edges, cappuccino - the coffee itself was delicious, but there was no foam at all, we liked the nuggets, delicious, sauces - cheese and ketchup - komako, and fragrant bulba - not crispy like fries, but delicious, I didn't like what was on top a lot of spices, the child refused to eat, it's bad that they don't warn. In general, I can say that I will come a second time.

Pros - they cook quickly , the kortoshka is delicious , the toys are good (kids are nice )
I can say that the institution does not provide pleasant sensations during its stay , the food is not worth the money in the same burger king , the coclets are twice as thick as here , it seems that they save on everything , which leads to the conclusion that they save on guests , also the employees are not friendly , I think it is worth wishing a pleasant appetite when giving an order .
In general, I will not visit these establishments anymore.

On the contrary, some pleasant little things with a "local" flavor were added, for example French fries with mushroom sauce and fried onions. Somehow, even juicier cutlets in burgers have become. I understand that fast food is not the healthiest and healthiest food, but to have a snack on occasion or in case of urgent need is quite tasty and freshly prepared. A good assortment. The staff is polite and attentive, promptly serving visitors and those driving on the drive line. A couple of times there were minor staff mistakes when a disposable fork was not put on the French fries, but this is solvable. It is enough to lift your majestic ass from the chair and take a dozen steps to the counter. Then politely ask the staff, who will give you the necessary cutlery with a smile.
Payment and order selection can be made both at the cash desk and at the terminals. Terminals are very convenient, simple and intuitive to use. Payment - you want by card, you want in cash, either directly at the terminal or at the cash desk.
A huge request to the visitors is to respect the work of the workers, do not take out their brains for a petty reason if a queue has formed.
By the way, if earlier, under "Americanism", workers were only "zoomers", now there are more age-related workers. I wonder if the labor organization system has improved because older people can work here? If so, that's great. If the company thinks "bigger" and "softer" to people, then the quality and results of work will be at the same level.
Personally, I like it.
