The place is strange. They position themselves as a bowling alley. This is a werewolf, this place is not what it seems. It looks good, you can sit with the company. The advantages are running out. If you come to play on the score, to identify the winner in a fair fight - you are not here. There are skittles on the tracks, then there are not. We repeatedly started the race with minus one or two pins on the track. It's funny, but some of them had to throw four or five times in their turn, apparently due to the special features of the sensors. There are no shoes. Come from the street. Rain, snow or mud - everything is in the house. Everyone in the hall. My friend there once slipped and sprawled in front of the track. Unpleasant. We came to play with a group; as a result, we drank, sat, and just left the balls. There was a bill, but just for show. If I were looking for a bowling alley, it would be the last place on my list. Only if it's out of desperation. If you want to sit with a group and leave the balls out of stupidity, you are here.

Cons: for the first time in bowling, we were not offered shoes and socks - 2 hours in our outdoor shoes; the balls are only 6-11 kg - the holes are too small for men, I have scratches on my fingers, and in general the balls are old and scuffed; not all pins are displayed too often.
Pros: not really.
We were in good company for nothing, we had a good rest, but this is not the merit of the place.

When visiting this institution, I got into a negative situation caused by the administrator.
The track just froze and the game stopped. There was no administrator, then he came and sent a technician to deal with the track.
The track started working again, we lost about 20 minutes of the game due to malfunctions.
I was struck by the fact that the administrator brazenly refused to add this time to us. He didn't care that it was their fault, he said he could only extend it for money.
I have not seen such collective farm arrogance for a long time.
There was also a situation in which skittles were put up on the track, the board went up. He made a throw, during the throw the board for some reason dropped again and the ball hit the side.
Dmitry, the satisfied administrator, immediately jumped in and started demanding 25p for this. He didn't care that this was a technical error of the old game track, he began to threaten that he would turn off the paid game to us.
Is this how an administrator should behave?
In general, this bowling is extremely low level. At a high price, the quality is at the bottom.
This is the first time I've played bowling, where they don't give out special shoes and disposable socks for them, although they have an urn for used socks.
The tracks are dead, the balls are scratched, the control of the spades on the game track does not work, frequent brakes in the game.
A mirror is generally broken near one track, you can easily cut yourself while playing, but the administration does not care about visitors, apparently everyone is mistaken for idiots.
In addition, the administrator Dmitry is not familiar with the word customer orientation, behaves very brazenly.
I highly recommend not attending this nedobouling if you do not want to get a negative experience.

Instead of the specified opening time (until 04:00), the institution is open only until 00:00. Please change the working hours already, do not confuse people!
The tracks are broken, the balls are in bad condition.
