As noted earlier, the organization is at a low level. The child went to chess, classes, the teacher - everything is fine. Next year, there are no classes at the same school. We reported this in January, more than 4 months have passed since the beginning of the school year! I have been looking for chess in the area since the end of October, but groups have been formed. Learn how to give information on time, even if it is unpleasant!

The child took part in the Mental Arithmetic championship on Saturday. Well done, the organizers, such an event was interesting. Thank you very much to the teacher who invited us to participate and thank the organizers once again for the holiday for the children! The approach to clients at this school is just terrible. Employees are irresponsible. They probably just don't care about you as a client. I've been waiting two weeks for a call about the formed groups. And it turns out that they have already been formed. And I'm thinking, why does my child ask every Wednesday if she's going to math? And they didn't even bother to call me! Why do you need clients at all? Why develop and expand a business? Absolutely no work with clients, interested parents. The fact that they position an individual approach on their website turns out to be a complete lie.

The school staff is irresponsible!! I paid for the classes, dropped the receipt on Saturday at 11-37 with a request to link the payment. A response has been received; "Good.". Now I am writing a review on the same day, the time is 21-28, the payment has not been linked, the platform is blocked until Monday!!! Well done, guys! Well done! Your clients pay for your services, you don't give a damn to your customers! Irresponsible is an understatement!!!
