We were here as a family on the last weekend of last summer. We liked everything! The price included all pools and a sauna. There is also a volleyball court on site.
There is a swimming pool with Jacuzzi functions, and in the evening the backlight is turned on everywhere. The area itself is very beautiful in flowers and greenery. Very well maintained. The city beach is 5 minutes away, so you can diversify your vacation.
Thank you very much for such a place. We had some hard times and I hope to come back next year!

Oh! There are only the best and most positive memories about this place, it is cozy as at home. On the territory there are swimming pools, a sauna, a bath tub, gazebos, the territory is very well maintained, the rooms are clean, the staff is generally gorgeous, especially the chef (he has a separate respect for the hospitality, created conditions and atmosphere). The cost of living is more than adequate. We wanted to stay for one night while passing through, as there was a very busy travel schedule, but we couldn't resist and extended it for another day, we wanted to stay in this beautiful place so much. Many come with families, with children, the atmosphere is amazing, the children are delighted. And, 200 meters to the beach, if anything, but as I noticed, people liked the hotel more and no one wanted to leave.

It was July 13, 14, 2023. We found this place by chance through an Internet search and did not regret it at all. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The service is good, I liked everything. Everything is clean, in the rooms, showers and toilets. The location is good, there are no problems to get there, the road is excellent, there is a guest parking for visitors, which is closed by large gates. The beach is really a 5-minute walk from Malibu. The territory is well-groomed and what pleased me is how thoughtful, each room has 2 benches and a table, there is a kitchen for guests, a huge plus, you can have your own. There are also two equipped barbecue areas. Three swimming pools, one for children and two adults (one of them with salt water), a lot of greenery grows, everything is well maintained. Music is playing on the territory, in the evening they turn on the pool lights and start heating the sauna, which by the way is included in the price. We went to the lake, it seemed a little dirty, as a result, we were in the pool for 2 days, the water was clean, umbrellas, shizlong, the wives were happy :) The children are happy. Many thanks to the staff for their hospitality and good mood :)

A great place, reasonable prices and a host who is ready to help in everything. There were enough pools for everyone, and there was always a place in the Jacuzzi too. In the evenings, complete relaxation - the backlight turns on, the sauna and Jacuzzi begin to work and you get a kick out of it. I liked it very much. The main thing for me is the requirement of silence after 11 pm.

I was there two years ago, I liked everything.Cleanliness, neatness and order.Pools are always with perfectly clean, crystalline water, but here is one inconvenience:there is no dining room where there would be ready-made food.And so there is everything for cooking in the kitchen.I recommend.Who will visit, you will be satisfied.The young people will be bored, but the family ones are just what they need.Peace and cleanliness are guaranteed.

Great place! We stopped by by accident and found this place in Yandex. Navigator. Very nice territory, several pools with warm water, including a children's pool, from which they could not get their son out for two days) In the evening, the sauna, free to visit, is always well heated, next to a wooden font with hot water resembling thermal. Gazebos, barbecues are freely available, each room has its own table. There is a guarded parking lot, a children's playground, a kitchen, showers and a toilet in the recreation area. The room has everything you need, ours did not have an air conditioner, but there was a fan, it was enough for us. Special thanks to the staff and the manager! Everything is at the highest level!

One of the advantages is the beautiful territory and good heated pools.
Cons: it's not 5 minutes to the beach, the beds in the room are an instrument of torture: one mattress is so tortured that all the springs are felt. The second one is as hard as concrete. In addition, there is a persistent smell of dampness and mold in a small room. The children slept there all night and had to drink antihistamines - a terrible allergy began.
There is not even a shampoo shelf in the shower room, I had to put everything on the side of the shower.
The table and benches for eating are located on the terrace - that is, in the rain and on a hot day, eating is impossible! There is no small table or chair in the room.. I had to eat "on my knee".
Maybe this is enough for someone, but provided that the owner does not burden himself with a kitchen for the guests, you can provide at least a minimum of comfort.

We rested for 3 days. Malooooh!!! Because everything is fine! Clean, the pools are cleaned every day (and more often if necessary), the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing). The beach is nearby, 5 minutes at a slow pace. In the evening, you can roast a barbecue and sit in the gazebo. Children have a sandbox with a slide, swings and horizontal bars and a separate small pool. Adults have their own pool. Our room was for four on the second floor of the house, with a huge balcony, its own bathroom (I don't know if everyone has their own bathroom). Everything is just great. Many people have been coming for years. And that says a lot. Andrey is a great host!
