A quiet and comfortable hotel located opposite (150m) from the gate of the fortress, the main tourist attraction of Khiva. The service is excellent. The breakfast is normal, not luxurious. In my opinion, the minus is one- pillows are like a stone, it's hard to get enough sleep.

The hotel is quiet, the breakfast is satisfactory, the staff is invisible. There is no kettle in the room. The TV is not set up, but there are simply no Russian channels. The location is excellent, opposite the gates of the old town.

There was one overnight stay on May 7, 23 as part of the tour group "The Secret of the Old Master". I think that the main advantage of this hotel is its location, almost opposite the entrance to the old fortress. The hotel itself is very "tired", Soviet times, old worn doors and railings, dusty worn paths on the floor. Our room was on the 1st floor, small and damp, the TV did not work, the light was only on top, the sconces did not turn on, the refrigerator was present, but it was turned off and we did not turn it on, since we spent one night and there was no need for it. The bathroom was clean, all the accessories except a toothbrush and toothpaste were present, but constantly when taking a shower, water leaked from under the bathtub and I had to put a towel, since the puddle was quite large. Upon arrival, there were 2 bottles of water and 2 glasses in the room, there was no kettle and cups, we asked for boiling water at the reception - they brought us a teapot after a 30-minute wait without tea leaves and sugar, we had to get our stocks of tea bags. Breakfast is very modest, scrambled eggs, sliced sausage, cheese, vegetables, cottage cheese, sour cream, 2 types of jam, 3 types of pastries and cookies, I liked that there were 2 types of small and delicious chebureks with meat and potatoes, but there were very few of them on the plate, it seemed very modest to take an additive, but I wanted to, because there was nothing else to eat. Tea and instant coffee were poured into half a cup and I had to approach a couple of times under the disapproving stares of the staff. Of course, you won't stay hungry, but ... we had a late flight, and we extended the room until the evening for 300,000, because after a whole hot day of excursions, I really wanted to take a shower and relax before a long journey. Here, at the reception, we changed money into local currency, which was very convenient, we did not have to run and look for exchange offices, and banks did not work on a day off. In general, you can spend 1 night in this hotel, but you still want more comfort.
