The Mom at Home network is quite common in Minsk, you can find it in almost any large shopping center. There are no questions about the quality of the food. They cook quickly and tasty. Real homemade food, pancakes for every taste, pancakes with lots of toppings. It's great that you can have a quick and full meal.
One big question for the owners of this network. Is it a pity for you to give the customer a container or even a lid for him?
I came across a glaring case first in MOMO. We ordered soups, pancakes, fish and potatoes with a snack on the spot. As a result, the child did not eat half of it. I asked the girls to give me a container or a lid on our container so that I could take everything else with me. What was refused!!! They said that they had everything on account and needed to initially order with them so that the covers were attached. I'm shocked. There is always an opportunity to take food with you in any cafe. For me, this is a complete lack of customer focus! It is better to throw away the food than to give the opportunity to take it with you. We faced the same situation yesterday at Expobel. The container was refused to us!
Keep in mind!!! If you eat there, order with you right away, let them pack everything once again.
As a result, we turned to another chain at the food court, bought food from them and asked for an additional container, they immediately provided us with a container and a package without any questions.
Guys, figure this out. It doesn't make you look good at all ((( And it's a shame to be in such a situation, being your regular customer.

For such a price, the quality of the food should be much better. Mushroom soup 6.90 rubles. I do not advise you to take it. Water, a couple of potatoes and dead mushrooms. It's all terribly hot! The pancakes are getting fat, but if you don't look at it, it's not bad enough. Sour cream, like a cat crying. And for 3 pieces of dranika with a drop of sour cream 6.90 rubles. The drink is also a separate story. For 5.90rubles, this is boiling water with raspberry jam. You can't even hear mint there. The second time we would have gone there to eat only out of desperation.

It's delicious! The pancakes are delicious-there are no questions. There are no lumps in the mashed potatoes on MOMO. The cutlets are cold inside, but hot around the edges. According to reviews, everything has been stable for cutlets since 2021, they have not learned how to heat evenly, they remain cold inside. Maybe write down in the menu that the cutlets are cold.
