Nail procedures:female pedicure, women's manicure, male manicure, permanent manicures, nail design, paraffinotherapy, children's manicure, spa manicure, hot manicure
Not so long ago, I had the opportunity to get acquainted with the services of this institution. I can immediately say that not all the gold that glitters and despite the bright wrapper, the filling did not justify itself. I love experimentation and, as a consumer, I was wondering what a nail salon could surprise me with. In pursuit of fashion and customers, they increasingly resort to non-standard methods of luring the contingent, which became interesting to me "Manicure cafe" on Vorovsky. As always, I dialed the phone number and made an appointment with TWO people, myself and my friend. The receptionist politely signed us up and by the appointed time we were already there. The first impression turned out to be pleasant – the cozy atmosphere was undoubtedly pleasing. But it was the first and last pleasant experience in this salon. For the first 10 minutes, the staff pretended not to notice us at all, while no one even greeted us, as is customary in a cultural society. We politely ignored this situation, blaming everything on the level of culture of the people themselves. When we finally managed to get the girls to pay attention to us and break away from their business, we were disappointed – only one person was included in their list instead of two, whom I personally made an appointment with. Meanwhile, the hand of the clock has already passed the mark of 15 minutes after the start of the intended reception. When we asked for the second time when they would be able to receive at least one of us, a lady slowly floated out of the utility room, who agreed to receive one after 15 minutes (apparently giving us a great honor with her consent!). As a result, they promised to serve us together, but one early, and the other "in about an hour." Meanwhile, visitors without a queue began to filter into our queue, apparently from "their own", behaved very freely, and all attention was paid to them. I have never seen a more unprofessional approach to customer service. As a result, our patience ran out, we just packed up and left. A manicure was done in the nearest shopping center, quickly, easily and without an appointment(!). Perhaps the level of services in the cabin is higher, but in order to use them you need iron nerves and a wagon of time! So, it remains to wish the girls from the salon "Manicure cafe on Vorovsky" creative success, learn to be polite and attentive, then, most likely, you will not have to lose customers.

A great place to have a conversation over a cup of coffee.
