Oh, how I've suffered with this service!!! This is the first time I've encountered such a thing. I handed over the slow cooker back in February, it's still being repaired))It was not accepted by the master himself, but by a woman who does not really fumble with technology. I tried to explain the problem, how it is buggy, where to repair it. She didn't even write to the master. She looked as if she couldn't understand my speech. Then he asks: does it not turn on? I say yes for now, then it will stand and it can work for a while. A few days later they told me that it was working - there was no need to fix it. Then the master called himself and said again that he understood the problem. And they still don't know how to repair it, but now they are also asking for 10 rubles. In my opinion, they already owe me a lot more!

I was surprised, because the website says that without lunch, but we managed to bring it. But the "aunt" did not like that we brought a carpet with a smell to the dry cleaner, and the "aunt" decided to scold us for it. Of course, we left with our carpet, but I would really like someone to explain to "aunt" where the money for her PO comes from and how to talk to customers, given that the website states that removing odor from the carpet is +50% to the cost of dry cleaning.

I do not recommend using this studio. They sewed up a small hole on the T-shirt so sloppily that it became many times worse than it was originally. The cost of the T-shirt is 170 rubles, and I clarified in advance with the "master" whether it would be possible to make the defect less noticeable. As a result, the thing is ruined!

I really liked the workshop..There are always friendly and helpful people working there.Once I turned to a photographer for help, so he took me very bright and colorful pictures. Good craftsmen also work on the repair of clothes..I turn only to them, because as a result I get perfectly repaired things..So I advise you to visit this workshop!!!
