The hotel is located in a quiet side street, the nearest avenue is just around the corner, everything is close. The rooms are located unusually, around the inner hall, where the doors and windows of all rooms go out, there are no windows on the street, but this is the usual layout for Uzbekistan, as I understand it (it was the same in Bukhara). The room is spacious, with air conditioning, everything you need is there, the mattresses just seemed a little harsh. For breakfast, sausages, cutlets, eggs, yogurt, muesli, sweets, fruits. From drinks there are 2 juices to choose from, tea, coffee 3 in 1. Overall, a pleasant impression, polite staff, we are satisfied.

This is a special flavor of Samarkand.

Of the disadvantages, weak pressure and not strong water heating, it was necessary to call the reception to give heat and pressure. Pleasant, friendly staff. Clean and cozy. The room is spacious and equipped with everything you need: air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, water… But... there is no window, i.e. it is there, but in the corridor. In general, it does not bother, it is even convenient when you want to sleep in the dark. I think it would not be comfortable for a long period of stay without a window. If you need 1-2 nights, then I highly recommend it.

There's a cat in the hotel, that's good. The cat can enter the room, feels free. There are no windows in the rooms, it doesn't become clear right away. The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly. Good breakfasts. The room is good, only one big BUT!!! There are no windows in the rooms, no fresh air supply, no access to the balcony. In order to somehow get oxygen into the room, I had to open the front door. If there were windows to the street it would be a solid 5. But for now only 2 stars.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. We rented three rooms at the end of October - the staff solved all the issues that arose with kindness and a smile. The breakfast is a buffet, delicious and satisfying, both adults and children were satisfied.
Location - city center: shopping center, market, pharmacies, restaurants, shops and a park within walking distance. Historical monuments are 7-10 minutes away by taxi. I definitely recommend it.

A new hotel, a huge room with high ceilings, everything is very wonderful, except for 2, but quite significant BUT:
1. very hard mattresses, right for an amateur, a big inconvenience for us;
2. The COMPLETE absence of Windows in the room, i.e. no ray of daylight and the ability to check the room.
The breakfast buffet is very rich and varied, the staff is very friendly.

I do not recommend this hotel due to the lack of ventilation in the rooms. There are no windows, but there is also ventilation. A strong and not very pleasant fragrance in the hall, additionally smells of wet laundry, which is dried on the 1st floor. Sleeping is very uncomfortable in a room without Windows. There is a strange arrangement of turning on the light in the toilet, the switch is located next to the entrance on the opposite side from the entrance to the toilet. The water is cold in the morning from the faucet in the bathroom, it was not comfortable to wash. The light is cold, not cozy. Breakfast is meager, there are more sweets, the choice of hearty food is small and what is there does not look very attractive. You won't stay hungry. There was a booking through booking, when we checked in, the reception immediately offered a discount and cancellation of the reservation on the website.
I really wanted to get away from there faster, it's not comfortable.

Almost all rooms do not have windows to the street, the windows overlook the hall, and the rooms are terribly stuffy. The hotel is new, the rooms are large and clean. Breakfast is about nothing: there is no coffee machine, there are not enough dishes and appliances, there is no porridge, and in general a very modest breakfast.

Beautiful new hotel in Samarkand. But I left a double impression. Firstly, there are NO windows in the standard rooms. It seems to be there, but it does not go outside, but inside the room, into the hall. It was very unusual for us. And that would be all right, we just spend half a day and spend the night, but in the evening it turned out that there were no curtains on the Window. Generally. And the bright light from the huge beautiful crystal chandelier illuminates the room like the sun. Yes, when I went down to the reception at 23 o'clock, the receptionist on duty immediately turned off the light. But for those who are used to going to bed early, it will be a big problem, And they turned it on at 7:30 in the morning. Buffet breakfast for 4. You cannot pay with the MIR card, although many hotels in Samarkand accept it. The hotel does not have its own parking, we parked along the street. The room had two separate beds. They turned out to be very narrow. Probably 90 cm and with a very hard mattress. So, I will not choose this hotel for the second time to visit for sure.

The hotel sucks, I don't recommend it. The first day arrived. The toilet is dangling from the tub , no water is coming. We did only the third day, the strangest one was that without my knowledge, without asking, they changed my room and brought my things. The horror of the Hotel is not worth spending money or nerves.
