As a result: my initial hair color is reddish + highlights, overgrown roots are 1 cm. My wishes were to get out of the red base in a warm tone (brown) and leave bright strands so that everything turned out in warm shades in the end. Before coloring, a photo was shown of me wearing a wig with the color I want to see. After 4 hours of work, the result was an ashen color with strands of unknown color (a shade of purple) in a very cold tone. 165p was paid for this.When I said that this was not what was stated, the master said that she had removed the red color and in general it was a warm tone, that she had spent 4 hours of her time on me. Guys, do not go to this master, now I will have to repaint, but I can no longer imagine where to turn, because there is no trust in anyone. There is no service either, a girl with a stony face is sitting and replies that you agreed with the master, and I'm just here, on the side.

Disgusting service a month before the event, I wrote to them on Instagram and asked if they could do styling with curls for long hair and how long it took to sign up, they told me to write in 2 weeks and what everyone was doing. I wrote to them at the appointed time, they called me back and told me that everything was busy for the date I needed and they didn't do styling for long hair at all.
