I must say right away, there are no complaints about the store and the sellers. But a huge warm greeting to the quality department.
So, the pants in the "work-home" mode fell off IN A WEEK. There are pellets and puffs everywhere, in different places. I was so upset by this quality from a normal brand that I decided to try to shake my rights, even though I had never done this before. I went to the store, they helped me fill out the paperwork, and took my pants for inspection. After 2 weeks, they sent the pants back with a reply that I was wearing it like that, that everything was fine with the fabric. "Guys, you don't understand," I thought, and wrote an email. Culturally, without hitting, I told him that I never have such problems with all my clothes, and in these pants the fabric turns into a fringe even from a fly crawling on it. Like, let's be honest. I sincerely hoped for a human attitude and a peaceful settlement. But he was sent again. They offered to fight through the examination, familiarized with the cost. Okay, OK, you've won. I don't want to raise the stakes like that, take risks and waste my nerves and time for the sake of 70 rubles. Keep them for yourself, eat, don't mess around.
But remember. I really appreciated you as a manufacturer. And it turns out that for you, a regular customer and reputation are cheaper than frankly lousy trousers for 69 rubles 99 kopecks. Well, okay. I wish prosperity to your competitors. And no one in the world should be such greedy bureaucrats. And these ragged pants, I can bring them back to the store and put them somewhere. I don't need them. Give them to the head of the department for quality control of finished products and claims work, T. Markevich. Let him take it for himself - good, high-quality ones. Practically new. And I bought others for myself. In the next store, literally. It would be better to do it right away.

A good store, sellers help you look for sizes, tell you if there is a thing in stock or not. But if you need to register to get a discount, it's better not to do it at the checkout: the activation code came to us the next day, and the seller said that it came immediately, then not immediately, then 20 minutes later. But as it turned out, it was not about any 20 minutes.
