The brand is good, but the service at the store on Dzerzhinsky 119 is disgusting. There are a lot of sellers who are busy with their personal affairs and conversations. We waited a very long time for an online order and brought just a bunch of laundry. Probably discussing getting a personal bank card is more important than customer service.

I like the Mark Formelle brand itself. The products are of high quality, the assortment is cool. But finding something, especially if it's a set of underwear (bra and panties) is something beyond reality. You won't find sizes for a bra, then there are no panties to match the color and model. And the search on the site is disgusting - absolutely no up-to-date information on availability. The sellers are polite, the room is good. But the assortment is not very good.

Just one star for the assortment!!! Everything else was removed for MALEVOLENCE, dissatisfied faces and lack of consultation. The staff is disgusting, they also don't greet you, the girl at the checkout stands and just yawns looking at you. They discuss their topics, there is no business for buyers.

I looked at the assortment on the website, I thought, actually, to find it in the store. It's not far from home. My child and I came to try on these things, but they are not there. Or rather, there is, but everything is not our size. Either big or small. With a sin in half, we found two of the things we liked, we go to the checkout, and there's a queue of 15 people. 2 cashiers count: they punch, and the anti-caps are removed and packed. And next to it, two more saleswomen are standing idle near the fitting rooms. And now the question is: seriously?! Is it impossible to help these cashiers to lay out the goods? It makes sense to collect a queue, because you're not doing anything anyway, but watching the evil queue like at a visiting zoo. The impression is disgusting. Instead of finding everything we needed and leaving a decent amount in the store, I left with two cheap purchases and no desire to return here.
