Overall, the store is good, but the employees are not all competent. I came to the checkout for an order, the employee was busy, asked me to wait. I'm standing near the cash register, looking away so as not to distract. I turn around, the cashier looks at me and says: "I'm waiting for you." And to call out, to say that she is already ready, as I understand it, in no way. Okay, that's it. I tell her the first and last name for which the orders were placed (this was usually enough in stores. And I had a lot of orders.)She says tell me the number of one of the orders.as a result, she didn't give me all the orders and I noticed it only in the fitting room. There was neither the mood nor the desire to go after the outstanding orders. Fortunately, another employee was counting on me. Mark Formel has a lot of good products, but the mood at that moment was spoiled.

I often buy something at Mark Formelle. But today I faced an unpleasant situation. There are 8.99 underpants on the price tag, in fact the girl at the checkout punched 9.99. At the same time, noticing that the price tag was not the right price, she did not tell me anything. I didn't even pay attention right away. But I decided to double-check what she was looking for. Then I looked at the receipt and the price tag and noticed a discrepancy. I went up to her to clarify why it happened?! To which she replied, "the girls didn't put the price tags on correctly. Is this only 1 ruble important to you?!" This 1 ruble is not important to me, and I might not even pay attention to it, but at least it was possible to apologize and explain the situation first, and not expose everything as if I came to figure it out because of a trifle. Such an answer, taking into account the fact that a joint on their part is clearly inappropriate! And it is clear that I did not continue the dialogue with her further.
