There are no questions about the assortment and the store itself, but the consultants in the women's department are absolutely passive and impolite. We were in the store on 11/16/24, asked the consultant about the size of the suit, to which we received a "polite" answer, "Well, how do I know what sizes are left there." Well, yes, indeed, how does the consultant know about the size?

13.05 and 16.05 the same situations: I come to the store and, not finding a thing in the hall, I approach the consultant with a request to help me find, to which I receive an answer saying that we do not have this model, I point to an application that confirms the availability of clothes at the point of sale in several colors and in almost all sizes. The first time the product was found unopened for me in the warehouse, the second time the employee said that she did not know where to look and just went to other customers, when I returned, nevertheless, to clarify when she would finish working with me and why she did not know where things were in her department, she just burst into tears, I left without buying… I am a little shocked at how such specialists are allowed to work.

05.08.2023 I looked at the Mark Formelle website, saw an interesting dress (model 152344), available only in the 1st store in Minsk. I arrived and waited a long time for the girls to find him in the warehouse. Bottom line: the availability of goods in the store does not correspond to the data on the website! At the same time, the absence of goods was not immediately reported until she herself came to the warehouse!

I bought men's T-shirts as a gift in another Mark Formel store (Yakub Kolas metro station), one of them turned out to be large, I had to return it. Because I work not far from the store on Nemiga - I went there to return the T-shirt. In the men's department, they told me "Go down to the cashier," I went down, and there they answered me, "If you paid with a card, then go to the store where you bought and return it there. You could return it from us if you bought it with cash." I had to go to the first store after work. There, the nice girls replied that a refund could be made on Nemiga, having previously written an application, and received money in cash, even if the payment was by card (excluding installment cards). The quality deteriorated, I bought my husband underpants at the end of the summer and as a result everything is in lint, and this is not from the clothes you put on over, but just a poor quality fabric and elastic band. The same situation applies to women's underpants. We also encountered a poorly sewn men's sweatshirt, crooked stitching, and stupidly because of this it does not fit the body, a marriage of pure water.

We came to choose and buy socks. As a result, the entire consultant store was sent to us on suspicion that we had come to steal something from them. Please warn your cashiers, consultants, that firstly, people are not deaf (and you do not need to look after that guy and girl), secondly, it would be better to look at the cashier and let customers go during the time so that people do not have to wait and call the cashier across the hall!
