The rest of the people in the hall communicate with each other, not paying attention to the customers. I went up to one of them, distracted her from the conversation, and asked if she had fake fur in her boots or wool. The seller replied that it was wool, and then began to talk with a colleague. I read the description of this model in the online store: the lining is not made of fur at all, but of knitwear :))) and sellers come to work to communicate with colleagues, not to work :)
