Wanted to surprise my man with a set of balloons in the room on his birthday, hotel security and management did not allow me to bring the balloons inside the room, because apparently helium balloons are a huge risk!
Never has anyone mentioned this anywhere, I spent a lot of money on these balloons and wanted to surprise my man on his birthday!
This is ridiculous. Below you can find a post from their official instagram page with balloons being clearly in the room

Fast service, courteous helpful staff. The hotel is located right in the city center on the square, stunning views from the window, within walking distance of the main attractions of the city. The room was spacious, fresh and cozy. Drinking water and a mini bar. There is also a balcony on the floor and an area for chatting with a coffee machine at any time and fruit. The breakfasts are incredibly delicious, for every taste.

The hotel is a little tired, but it is being renovated. The staff is excellent, they try very hard for customers and, admittedly, this significantly levels the "fatigue" of the hotel. The location is definitely the best in the city! The breakfasts are very varied, the eyes run away. Everything is delicious! They offer freshly squeezed juices. Mattresses, pillows and bed linen are impeccable! They did not get enough sleep, but fell into the Realm of Morpheus.
I recommend it!

Wonderful rooms, Buffet breakfast. The staff is polite and helpful, our girl left the ring on the table in the toilet, washed her hands. She came back, but there was no ring. She went to the reception, they returned it to her. It was a pleasure. We never got to the pool, there were a lot of events from Friday to Sunday - a seminar from Network 21.!!! Yes, there was Wi-Fi!!! Location: it is necessary to go up to the 5th floor by elevator using a key card, as well as to go down, since there is no exit from the stairs to the 1st floor.

It's a very strange five-star hotel. Yes, the interiors are impressive, but the service is below the baseboard. Don't expect any help or assistance: the staff doesn't care about you, they live their lives.
In the business lounge, the girls are constantly leaving, and you yourself are looking for clean plates and glasses, clearing the table to sit down. You will most likely not receive the ordered lunch box even after filling out the paperwork indicating your choice and the time of receipt. The manager at the reception will make distressed eyes and shrug his shoulders. We left for the airport 20 minutes later, and the lunchbox still hadn't arrived.
Well, the icing on the cake in my case is that they put me in the wrong room. In the evening, the manager said that there were no other rooms, and in the morning it turned out that my room had been prepared for me since yesterday. Has anyone apologized? Hahaha

A wonderful hotel! a 2-room room with a view of Ararat, the service is excellent, thanks to the maid Varduya for the warm welcome and cordial care! Great breakfasts. Freshly squeezed juices, delicious pies with herbs, rejan, basturma, sujuk, freshly baked pancakes and an omelet to order. The location is the very center, the favorite beautiful square.
Many thanks to the entire hotel team. If Yerevan is only Marriott!

A very tired hotel. The service is at 5, there are no questions here, but everything else! In the room at check-in: there was no bathrobe, room service menu, and the shower did not work. If you think about it, it's a vicious circle in which you can't eat, wash, or report it)))) and it's not particularly funny when you stomp to the reception for 10 minutes around the hotel. in my only free 2 hours, I was busy fixing it all. And then my swimsuit was stolen. Maybe, of course, he was blown off the balcony and carried away from the territory by a hurricane. But no one found him.
The breakfast is decent.

Marriott is located in the center of the heart of the city . Yerevan , we are so lucky that we got to the city Day this year! It was possible to watch from the windows of the rooms this is a wonderful holiday 👏👏👏excellent rooms , we even managed to go to the pool one day , then it was drained for the winter 😄awesome Buffet breakfasts, and generally friendly and hospitable staff 🫱🏻🫲🏼

The people are wonderful, comfortable.

The hotel was very "tired", I had a deluxe room, there was little space in the bathroom - there was nowhere to put a toothbrush and toothpaste, not to mention the rest of the accessories. The renovation is old, the carpet in the room and corridors is old and dirty. There is nothing to eat in the restaurant for breakfast except sausages and scramble, most of the restaurant is occupied by a table with dishes from which there is nothing to choose. Very upset

Russian Russian reception staff in most cases pretends that they do not understand Russian, the restaurant staff and maids are polite and friendly, speak Russian and answer questions (for which I thank them very much). The hotel was of course a little tired, old faucets, showers, carpeting, it was cold in the rooms. In Rooms that have a view of the square, it is better not to settle in, the window cannot be opened, noise. The beds are very comfortable, high, towels and bathrobes are not in all rooms, sometimes making a replacement, the smell of whiteness was felt. To ask for something, you need to wait a very long time.
Breakfast is normal, definitely not 5 *, everything is from the main, but in some kind of restriction. There were dirty dishes, they didn't clean for a long time, it didn't look very good.

I was in Yerevan on business last week, staying at the Armenia Marriott Hotel. The hotel is wonderful in the heart of the city, the staff is very attentive. I especially wanted to mention the work of a maid on the 4th floor named Vardui.
I recommend everyone in Yerevan to stay in Marriott.

Pros: the atmosphere and the view of the square from the restaurant, delicious breakfast. Cons - old slitted windows that let in noise, but locked tightly, a non-working pool. Once for a weekend is fine, and if you stop often and for a few days, it's better not here.

The location is great. The food is delicious. The room is old, but spacious. Everything is there: an iron, a dryer, a kettle and someone once closed the door to Narnia. The keys to this door were not found in the keyhole. The staff is very polite and attentive. The price is too high. There is no bath, the pool did not work.
