Very nice cafe not far from Northern Avenue. It feels like as if you are somewhere in Europe enjoying your tea or coffee with a nice desert.
I love their tiramisu with some tea. My favorite tea is sea buckthorn. Spending time in hear near the fountain makes you feel the true vibes of Yerevan, especially during the morning times and late evening time.
Parking is an issue here. There are free street parking spaces available, but finding a free spot is a true challenge. Near by northern avenue, there's an underground ground parking lot available, which is not that expensive. It's a few min walking distance away from there.

Everything was delicious. The staff was absolutely helpful and polite. Thank you for being super kid-friendly.

The waiters are well trained, the service and the cuisine are excellent. You can sit both outside and inside.

The breakfast is very tasty, the staff is friendly and professional. They can cook wonderful Benedict, decent coffee. If you are planning a weekend visit, book in advance.

We went in for breakfast, I wanted to say a huge thank you to the owners of the most beautiful institution who were able to serve us on time after 30 minutes of waiting, we wanted to go out and leave without paying the bill, since they did not deign to inform us of the other cost of everything related to Italian service.
