A very cool restaurant! Pleasant atmosphere, beautiful interior, top-level food. We took specially different dishes with a friend! Autumn is delicious! And there are also many meat-free offers for fasting people! The tea is also delicious. I definitely recommend it. We entered this establishment after reading the reviews.
I'll start with the pros:
Convenient location, pleasant interior, Internet access, sockets at each table, clean toilets.
I didn't find any more advantages for myself.
We ordered shrimp in tempura, rolls and tea.
Tea was brought first (10 minutes later), and shrimp in tempura were brought 35 minutes later. To the question "how long will the rolls be?" They replied that it would take at least 10 minutes.
An hour after ordering, the rolls arrived.
Are the rolls delicious here? - No!
Soy sauce, ginger and wasabi are charged separately. We ordered ginger and soy sauce, but only soy sauce was brought.
Prices are above average.
We couldn't wait for the bill, so we counted it from the menu.
Bottom line: they left the money and went to another restaurant.

Two stars for the bartender, one for the sushi man.
We ordered sushi, ramen, and a cocktail.
There are no complaints at all about the bartender - great! The waiter worked out just respect, excellent knowledge of the menu, an excellent salesman. I was very worried about the nightmarish kitchen and the strange drier.
All of it, no, not like that, ALL of it! the plate was covered with peanuts, and if one of us is allergic to it? But in general, the sushi is delicious.
Ramen is a ppc, imagine a little boiled meat, soy sprouts and CHAMPIGNONS were thrown into the broth from fo-bo! Well, noodles. The taste, of course, is so-so, one disappointment.

A great place with delicious and quite varied dishes. It was not the first time we visited, this time in honor of the birthday. The establishment provides a pleasant holiday discount, which is undoubtedly a big plus.

The food is delicious, I like the cuisine there in principle. Tom Yam seemed very spicy to my husband, hardly finished his delicious seasonal cocktails, beautiful serving of dishes. Everything is fast and efficient. But we were there on Tuesday evening, although the hall was quite busy. The staff is polite, the waiter guy served us well, constantly asked if we liked everything. We came to the institution from Kazan based on good reviews on the Internet. There is no question about the waiters, but there are huge questions about the kitchen. Rolls are more or less, but I ordered a wok with beef, which was impossible to eat because of the salt. The young man ordered a spicy wok with beef and spent the whole night with poisoning. My request to deduct the wok from the check, which I did not eat and it was impossible to eat, was refused. Allegedly, the cook cooked everything according to the technical card, but I did not receive anything in response to the request to try this dish to the staff itself:) Complete disappointment and very poor customer service management. Thanks for the ruined impressions and concessions. Price-quality is not about Marumi.

It's a pretty good place to eat, both for tourists and locals. The staff is friendly, the order was recorded, repeated, the waiting time was told, they also brought it quite quickly, in 20 minutes, although we have already got used to waiting for hot dishes in restaurants for about 30-40 minutes for several days of our stay in Minsk. The food is delicious, the portions are good. The ramen with chicken in the photo is small 400 grams, the salad is about the same gram. In search of shrimp and customer orientation!!!
Recently visited this institution.
The table was booked in advance, but upon arrival it turned out that the table was not booked and they chose a place from the available ones.
And that was just the beginning!
We ordered the dishes. At the stage of ordering one of us, the waiter Alexander wrote down noodles with chicken instead of the desired noodles with shrimp. They corrected it, but doubt has already crept in.
Further, the waiting time was indicated as 45 minutes. After 50 minutes, we asked where our dishes were, to which the waiter could not answer. The dishes arrived chaotically and the long-suffering noodles with shrimp had to wait 10 minutes longer after everyone else's orders had already been brought.
And here it is... noodles!!! Where are the shrimp???? We searched for shrimps together with the administrator, but the result was not pleasant! The dish was redone.
The rest of us were more lucky with the dishes. I note that they were delicious cooked.
But this did not end the "professional work" of the staff. The cherry on the cake was the "excellent coffee service" (see photo). The question: "Where is the saucer, spoon and sugar?" was not answered. And even after the remarks to the staff and the administrator of the restaurant about the correct serving of coffee, no one has redone the coffee!!!
Apparently, the staff does not receive any training not only on the proper serving of food and drinks, but also about their behavior and customer orientation.
But the quality of service is one of the components of the success of the institution and the mistakes of the waiters negatively affect the reputation and image of the institution.
It is a pity that the institution, which is located in the city center, treats its guests like this!!!

I love Marumi and this particular restaurant, I would even say that it is among my top 5 best places in the center of Minsk to sit with friends and at the same time have a delicious meal!
The location is super, the summer terrace is chic, the food is very varied and delicious. We've been here enough times, we've already tried everything vegetarian on the menu, and I like everything. There are really very spicy dishes, but they are marked with pepper on the menu 😅

We were looking for a place to have dinner on Wednesday evening. We decided to come in, as there were empty seats on the veranda. Prices are above average. There would be no questions about this with the appropriate quality of service. The wait for one set of three rolls and a chicken yakitori was about 45 minutes (they did not warn about this waiting time), the landing was incomplete. The rolls are mediocre, the slicing is sloppy. It is unclear why they left this amount.
The waiters are young guys, friendly and attentive.

We sat for 20 minutes, the waiter did not come to take the order. There were 2 more similar tables next to us, as well as several dirty tables that were not cleaned. The waiter, with a serious look, was busy poking at the monitor all this time, not noticing the guests, and then disappeared altogether. Guys, I understand that Friday night is a rush, but you can at least pay attention to half of the guests with the menu and at least apologize for waiting and ask them to wait a little, and not ignore them point-blank. But the questions about the menu, prices and waiting time are, of course, huge 🗿
Masala is a separate big disappointment, in what sense do you have it on the menu, but the recipe with milk is not followed, and you brew it like regular tea, then it's not Masala, but water with spices, well come on....... The waiters tried to meet me halfway and poured milk (for which I paid extra!), but it turned out to be bullshit, to be honest (and it's not their fault, but I really have questions for masala).
You have to pay separately for soy sauce, ginger and wasabi, and this is some kind of special kind of wildness in a pan-Asian cuisine establishment, I'm not a goon and, if it's delicious, I'll pay as much as I need, but making the mandatory components of the dish paid is a move and disrespect to the guests.
The waiting time in the evening was an hour, fortunately I was in no hurry, but count on it if anything.
The waiters, as I said, are super-sweet, cute beautiful boys (I haven't seen any girls), happiness to them, health, good luck, by the way, I'm especially talking about Timofey, well, the groom 👍

The evening was ruined by this place and the attitude of the employees. And I also want to note that the place actually turned out to be nondescript and untidy, dirty stained seats .., it's better to order sushi with home delivery, or go and buy it , and not sit waiting for 40 minutes without warning, we would have left if we knew that sitting without food for 40 minutes. I do not advise you to celebrate your holidays there, if you do not want them to spoil them for you. Marumi in Belarus fed us fish dishes that are not inferior in freshness and taste to restaurants on the coast. In summer, you can sit on the veranda there, which we did. The interior is pleasant inside, there are various options for tables and seating. The toilet is located downstairs on the 1st floor, in my opinion, this is the most convenient location in terms of proximity to the consumption area, but it is unlikely that people with disabilities will like it. As in all restaurant-type establishments that we managed to visit, the waiters are polite, smiling and not intrusive. There are a lot of them, and they are really efficient. Absolutely everything was delicious, except sweet potatoes for duck duck, it was just dried in the oven to an indecent state, you can't do that with it =)) we took classic sushi, rolls and gunkans, incredibly tasty. I can't say anything about other types, except that I saw fruits and nuts in the joints, I didn't dare try. There is nothing annoying in the atmosphere, but if you sit on the veranda, then know that there is a road with quite a lot of traffic nearby.

The tuna was pale, and there was no curd cheese in the Mochi. I thought maybe they just didn't cook delicious, but in the morning, when I took a sick leave at work, I realized that it was not fresh food. Previously, we ordered delivery — they brought Philadelphia with some orange-colored herring instead of salmon.
