We found massa near our hotel.
It 's very atmospheric , clean , and it 's so delicious ! We took 9 dishes, all the tastiest. The cocktail is high , the hookah is fragrant , smoky ! The dishes were brought within 15 minutes , the service is excellent!

The best restaurant among those we visited in the area, the prices are adequate (compared to the neighbors), although the prices bite for the Russian people,But there is beer for 120 lire for 0.5 , , we have not seen this anywhere else.

I would take off a star for the paucity of the menu, but unfortunately, the menu is sparse throughout the city, the menu is almost the same everywhere, beef is too expensive, and lamb is for an amateur, but there is chicken and prices are more or less, so I'll leave a rating of 5.
Nothing superfluous is added to the receipt (and this happens in some establishments).

It was my first time in Istanbul and I immediately found my favorite place for dinner on the recommendation of a friend. A very atmospheric, cozy cafe. Delicious kebabs and the most delicate dorado. Great place! I have been returning to this restaurant for several years now, and each time I admire it more and more. Polite, helpful, friendly staff. Delicious, varied cuisine.
Snacks are always brought as a compliment before each order. Tea and sweets are also provided as a gift along with the bill.

The magnificent Iskander kebab has exceeded all expectations! This dish of Turkish cuisine turned out to be a real gastronomic discovery. A good place, beer for 120 lire, cheaper than anywhere else. The food is delicious, fast and simultaneous serving of dishes, Meze is brought free of charge when ordering food. There is a hookah. The music is not only Turkish, but also European. A very pleasant place.
They don't cheat, they don't add anything extra to the bill, they checked them, how many beers they ordered, so much was in the bill. Everyone from our company was given a present when they left, it was very pleasant.

We found it by rating on the maps, we did not expect it to be so friendly, tasty and atmospheric.

The place is small, inside a cozy street, easy to find.
There is a terrace and seats inside the restaurant.
You can pay in cash and by card (including SBP).
The places are comfortable, everything is clean and cozy.
The food is given away quickly. The choice of dishes is large.
It's delicious here, the price-quality ratio.
The owner, Massa, and his team are very friendly and cohesive, while the service is level and unobtrusive.
For me, it is always a good indicator if there are a lot of people in a restaurant in a tourist area. That's exactly how it is here. At the dinner hour, only 1 small table for two people was available. People in large companies stood in line to eat.
The staff is attentive to the children, supports the conversation and organized a national dance to the theme music.
We recommend it!)
Of the minuses: French fries require the attention of the cook) are a little damp. But this is not critical for us, it is better to eat meat in Istanbul)

Very tasty, sincere, the prices are normal. For the period from 05.04 to 09.04, this is the only place in Istanbul where you could pay with a qr code.. for understanding, it was possible to walk along endless streets with cafes and restaurants, someone was sitting everywhere, but there was not a single empty table in this place! Where should I start?! To begin with, the staff is Super positive and friendly. There are both Russian speakers among the waiters and in the kitchen . The woman answered many of our questions and guided us in many directions . She has a special respect . The cuisine is excellent , but in general the menu is similar to many other places . And the biggest plus is that if you suddenly run out of lira, you can pay using the QR code of the Russian bank sberpay and SBP. There is also free WI-FI and, of course, EFES beer for 120 LIRAS. The staff, when ordering food in such pots, arrange a musical mini concert. At the end, they give free tea with baklava and service without the included service .

They cook very well.
For the child, the owner of the restaurant always provided meals for free.
There was an opportunity to pay by SBP, which is very convenient at the moment.

Prices are slightly higher than the average in Istanbul, by 10% according to my observations.

Wonderful staff! After visiting the hammam, a wonderful place to have a snack. Mom wanted a certain dish that she ate in Turkey many years ago, her wishes were listened to, and she managed to eat exactly what she wants. Convenient, fast, delicious. That we went to have dinner with them all three days. They are very wonderful guys who love what they do. They cook very well, they are very welcoming. They're all relatives, and we talked to them later. For 4 full days in Istanbul, we managed to visit about 10 establishments, including a place with 2 Michelin stars (Deralia). I can say one thing, the Mass topped our list - 👍💪.
Reasons:
1. Very tasty food (we ordered a branded pot of meat for 2 people + salad + beer + dessert + tea)
2. Serving dishes for 5+. The way the meat pots are served is a whole short show - the whole restaurant is watching);
3. The service is very attentive + pleasant treats - we were treated to bread rolls + sweets + 2 glasses of beer);
4. On the evening when we had dinner, we met the owners themselves - very nice guys, they persuaded us not to leave and wanted to treat us with something else, but there was a risk of bursting)
4. Very reasonable price for Istanbul
Dinner cost us 2,900 lire for two, while the quality of the food is the highest, everything is under the knife (for comparison, dinner at a Michelin restaurant cost us 6,000 lire, in ordinary establishments in the neighborhood the average check was 2700-3200 lire)
In general, I believe that the quality of the food / service / sincerity of the establishment is significantly higher than the competition for the same money!!!
Highly recommend!
On the final evening (04.01.25) we are going to have dinner there!!!)

We went to this place in search of breakfast.
Very polite staff, 10/10 service.
Here you will not be added to the bill, tips will not be included by default, but on the contrary, compliments will be offered.

Istanbul was greeted with cold weather, but even this did not prevent us from settling down on the veranda, heated by heat guns.
When ordering certain items, the staff organizes a whole show. It's nice to be in such an atmosphere.
Breakfast was served by a very nice man, unfortunately I don't remember the name, but he is very kind, polite and neat. We met the owner of the establishment, Massa, a pleasant man who makes sure that everything is at the right level.
We went here every morning for breakfast, and after long walks, returning to the hotel, we stopped for a delicious dinner and a drink.
As for hookahs in the cafe - don't, go to the hookah bar.
Alcoholic beverages of good quality and at an adequate price, especially when compared with other cafes, as well as bars and restaurants on Istiklal, where for 1,500 rubles you will drink a small, tasteless, diluted drink.
The food, the cuisine, the staff, the service, the atmosphere, the drinks - we really liked everything. I recommend it!

The friendly staff will do everything for your holiday (but in Istanbul it's mostly the same everywhere) , they will treat you with tea, juice ,baklava , and ask you to leave a good review. If you are with children , they will not take a step back.

Undisputed 5 stars.
The waiters are efficient, but not fussy. Friendly, but not intrusive. The kitchen is excellent, everything is done with both the mind and the heart. It is only advisable to correct the menu: delicious small cutlets of chopped meat in sauce cannot be translated either as "meatballs" or as "meatballs". This offends this dish. :))
A pleasant impression on a tourist intimidated by different guidebooks is provided by free compliments from the restaurant served before the main dishes (flatbread with different sauces) and after those (tea and sweets). The bill will only include what you ordered, and at the price you saw on the menu.
The bill will be served to you quickly, but so that you have time to relax after a delicious meal. It shows a respectful attitude towards the guest.
Prices, given the location of the restaurant, the quality of cuisine and service, small treats from the institution, are very humane.
In one phrase: "Thank you, everything was very tasty!" :))

We were looking for a place nearby based on reviews, and found this restaurant. I really liked this place! Delicious food, really large portions, first they brought us a starter with tortillas as a gift, then our dishes. We were very surprised by the huge portions. Then we were presented with as many as 3 simits with jam, pasta and nutella, we ordered them first, and in the end we were also presented with 3 servings of tea and 3 pieces of baklava, we were pleasantly shocked and generous by the owners of the establishment.
I can say that so far this is one of the best places in the area, the price is much more loyal than other places, and the portions are large, the food is fresh and delicious. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart!
Very comfortable sofas, there is a canopy from the sun.
