There was a nice hairdresser. The attitude towards customers is terrible right now. The day before the haircut, I came in, asked about the recording, and we agreed on a certain time the next day. I arrived at the appointed time, but the hairdresser said that they did not have an appointment, everything was on a first-come, first-served basis. Why couldn't you have said so right away? I used to advise everyone to go to them, now there are only negative reviews.

I never leave reviews, but I couldn't resist. A young girl used to work and everything was fine, both the haircut and the attitude towards customers. Now it's just disgusting!!! A month ago, a child came to get a haircut, 5 years old, fits well, so she (a hairdresser, a woman in a black cap with rings on the cap) was afraid to cut her hair, she says she's afraid to cut children, so maybe a person needs to work elsewhere then?? I came in yesterday - a piece of paper is hanging, written in pencil - I work until 19.00... today I came at 7.10 pm- again this woman in a cap with rings is cutting a customer's hair, it is clear that she is finishing her haircut, she looked at me with a child and said that's it, I won't make it today, to my question that the hairdresser is until 20.00 and we will wait, I received the answer "so I actually close at 19.40, I still have to sweep it is necessary."... Then for whom does the work time hang?? Not for the client? It's just a disgusting attitude!!!

I rarely write reviews, but it's definitely worth doing it here. I would like to thank the new master Julia for her hard work. If you get to her, be sure that they will be polite to you and will take into account all your wishes. The whole family came, Julia managed to find an approach to the child and please the adults in everything. Everything was fast and beautiful. Next time we will try to get to her. Thanks again!
