Blatant rudeness! I gave my jacket for repair, and when I asked to return the remnants of the fabric (1/3 of it was needed for repairs), I was rudely told that no one would look for a piece of cheap fabric for me (the fabric was bought in an Italian fabric store). So, in a boorish way, I was charged that I picked up my order a day later than the due date. Instruct your employees on how to deal with clints.
