Good afternoon, I want to thank master Victoria Malysheva, who experienced a zipper in a backpack. This is a highly professional job. She coped with this difficult job 100 percent. I'm thrilled! The work turned out to be difficult, because she was redoing the work of a "left-handed master" of another atelier. The zipper was sewn in by a wave and, accordingly, it did not fasten well and the backpack looked terrible. I wouldn't wear it like this.I am from Mogilev and contacted the Mattioli store and they recommended the Astutto workshop. I called, they listened to me, promised to help and helped!!! Made, repaired and the backpack is back as new. Special thanks to Victoria Malysheva, who was engaged in receiving and forwarding, spending her personal time on it. The campaign should cherish and value such personnel and encourage them financially!!! Thank you very much, good luck and prosperity to you. Astutto is the best campaign in the service sector!!!
