They deceive customers and do not answer the questions asked during the call. Plus, incorrect information was provided regarding delivery during checkout (it turns out that there are exceptions, according to the manager when calling), as well as delivery is made only to the entrance: arguing that the courier is physically unable to carry out the delivery (40 kg weight).

I made an order through Deal.We called back very promptly. We agreed that the product (a trampoline casing priced at 96 rubles) will be booked for us and we will pick it up ourselves within a week. In fact, we arrive and it turned out that this casing for 96 ... is not available (and was not at the time of the order - it was resold in stock), but there is one for 125 rubles.... A very dishonest salesman.

The attitude of the seller to the buyer is at a very low level. We bought a bike, and on the very first day during the trip, something started pounding in the pedal. There was a knock, then there was no knock. We thought it would pass, but it got worse, and then there were problems in the steering part. We informed the seller about the defective product. They gave it to identify problems and resolve this issue, as a result, they did not call and did not report the identified problems, the courier called in 12 minutes, which he would bring. As a result, the steering wheel was scratched on both sides, documents were not provided about the identified problems and their solution. Rude communication on the phone indicates their customer orientation. I do not recommend this store
