Everything is spoiled by the staff who rudely communicates with customers, all well-mannered and cultured have moved to other stores of the same chain or simply quit. I do not argue, it is difficult and hard to work at the checkout and in the hall at the same time, a constant stream of customers, all grandmothers from the home of the disabled and veterans are regulars there, but in any case you need to control yourself and not offend customers, cluck or even allow yourself obscene statements. Where does the management get these girls with thuggish jargon, with an unfriendly and even aggressive look? Of course, anyone who wants to tickle their nerves, you are welcome to this "miracle store", in this looking glass. I hope that reviews like mine will help to establish a system of maintenance and service in this place.

When trying to pay, it turned out that the payment terminal was not working. So, in response to my remark, instead of apologizing and offering to make a cash payment, the cashier first asked: Are you normal?, and then suggested that I call the bank!?... I'm normal, but there are questions for the staff of this "lab". However, my friends and I don't set foot in this store anymore.

I really liked the Lighthouse store, which is located near Evikom. A large selection of goods, friendly sellers. I liked everything there.
The next time we went to the Lighthouse, a separate store on Frunze, opposite the former Evistor. There were some empty shelves in the store, empty banana boxes, empty persimmon boxes (2 rotten ones were lying), empty boxes of goods lay in the aisles, a small assortment of goods.
