Purchased a PALERMO bed-3 Bed with a lift.mech. 1,6 m KR-004
The bed is basically good, but there are nuances:
1. The equipment is terrible. There were not enough short bolts and double nuts, there were a lot of long ones. There are wooden pegs and other small things that are not needed in this bed at all.
2. The bottom of the drawers should be fastened with nails. Is it really impossible to come up with something better in our time? In any case, the bed needs to be moved somewhere, and these nails will scratch the entire floor.
3. The headboard of the bed. Beautiful white back with an oval wood-colored insert at the head. From the photo, I couldn't figure out how it was done, but it looks beautiful.
Not a single consultant could tell you how this backrest looks (send a photo) from the other side, but it turned out terribly
The white back has an oval through-cut, and at the back, according to technology, this cutout is closed with a rectangular chipboard in the color of wood. The front is very beautiful, but the back is a question. Since my bed doesn't have its back to the wall, I'm already looking at where I can order a new backrest without this hole
The online store sells custom-made furniture. The order has been waiting for 2 months. It seems to me that even custom-made is faster, and this bed is not custom-made, an ordinary furniture factory.
The store is engaged in sales, you can somehow plan everything from placing an order to delivery.
The store's consultant calls before 17.00 and informs that there will be delivery tomorrow. How's that? How can I report the next day's delivery?
You must plan the delivery in a week, and inform customers about the date at least 5 days in advance.
We refused delivery for tomorrow, asked somehow in advance and were told on Tuesday next week
On Monday and Tuesday, we called the store, and no one could tell us anything at all. The consultants don't know where our order is, they don't even know where to find out. We promised to find out on the phone and call back, as a result, no one called back.
We called on Thursday, and only on Thursday we got a qualified consultant. He just found our order by phone number and informed us that the delivery would be tomorrow, again tomorrow (Friday)
Delivery on Friday was disrupted, as half of the customers can't figure it out so quickly and take a day off
As a result, our bed was sent through the delivery service on Saturday

This is the first time we have encountered this online store. Everything is beautifully described, we waited for the kitchen from May 11 to June 8. Everything would be fine, but read the contract carefully and check the goods before signing it. The contract says that after signing the documents, you have no right to make claims about the improper quality of the goods! Paragraph 2.3. Apparently, the employees of this organization do not know about the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Consumer Rights Protection" and the right to return goods of inadequate quality within 14 days. The goods came with dents, the corners were beaten, it was a wild horror, the driver explained that this was possible due to transportation, braked sharply, etc. It wouldn't be so funny if it weren't for such a sad situation ((( The driver who brought us the furniture is a separate story. First of all, he puts a contract in his hands with the words "sign it!", behaves impudently, I would say, boorishly, he began to be rude to refuse goods of inadequate quality. Once again, check everything in place at once.

I ordered a Sorento living room, but I also wanted a bedside table of the same type, an employee on the phone gave me a link to another website, where I found the bedside table with a mirror and 2 more bedside tables. All in the same style. I ordered it and after 2 weeks they brought it, lifted it to the floor. It is convenient that the delivery is in the evening after 18-00, when everyone has already come from work. I also ordered the assembly, because I was afraid of a shortage or a defect (I had one door missing when assembling the kitchen). The next day, the collectors called and agreed on a convenient time for me. 2 people arrived on time. The assembly took about 5 hours, but we worked carefully, calmly, without fuss. After the assembly, everything was put in the places that I indicated, the cost corresponded to the agreed one. I am very pleased, the picture on the site corresponds to reality. The living room looks modern, compact, but very spacious: it fits very well into my small walk-through room in the Khrushchev. The quality is excellent.

I want to share my impression about this store. I am extremely happy with absolutely everything! The first is Inna's manager. An amazing girl. We talked, patiently answered my questions, gave "necessary" advice (unobtrusively, but very useful for choosing), quickly organized photos and even videos of furniture live from the buyer. It was immediately admired.
Next, delivery. On the 2nd day, I already had the furniture (Minsk-Gomel).
Unpacked after 2 weeks, as the repair was completed. The quality is super, not to compare with the chest of drawers from Ami-furniture, which was assembled all day before. It's 3 o'clock and everything is in its place.
In the process, there were moments with marriage - very deep scratches on the handles of the furniture. And even this did not allow me to remove the star, because Inna decided everything and they will replace the handles for us.
And now about the furniture. We took the hallway "Life" of the Rikko furniture company.The color is concrete. It looks unusual, stylish, and cool. I needed a width of 1500, and I found one.
I think I'll go to this store and buy furniture for the living room.
