A small museum, a horse grazing nearby. It is interesting, first of all, for further reading, the topics for which can be found by looking at the exhibits. A memorable view opens from the museum site - a nuclear power plant against the background of vishaps, branches with white flowers are added to them in spring, and on the other hand, the sky fills Ararat, where else will you see this:-) a very peaceful place actually

The museum is small, but you definitely need to take a guide, it's much more interesting with him! It will be boring to walk around looking at jugs, jewelry, etc. But learning the history of that jug can be sooo interesting and unusual.
There are also excavations nearby, which makes it even more interesting to look at even the smallest pieces-pebbles, because they were dug up very close. It's such an unusual feeling.

It is very interesting - both the museum and the excavations are nearby. And there are a lot of storks on the way.

I'm not a fan of museums, I only came here to see stone phalluses, it's very unusual. But I was greeted by the staff in such a way that it was inconvenient not to enter the building and see the exposition. I recommend taking a guide, the cost for Russian money is about 1250 rubles, the entrance to the museum is 375.

The best archaeological museum in Armenia! No kidding, the design is very stylish, three floors of exhibits, you can walk around the settlement.

the remains of a 5,000-year-old civilization. the offspring of the ancient Sumerians. incredible finds and jewelry that cannot be repeated in our time. and of course a cylindrical seal like that of the Sumerians, which can be explained…

A miracle, think about it, the 14th century BC, a settlement with technologies that are still difficult.
Jewelry made of precious metals is exquisite, you can wear it even now.
It is a pity that the very fact of such a settlement is not appreciated.

The museum is located on the site of an ancient city from the Bronze Age. Urartu is still far away
