I did not expect that in the center of Minsk I would run into such an outspoken gypsy. Before the haircut, I clarified with the administrator that the haircut would cost 50 rubles. I was cut by a tall blonde with long hair. At the end of the haircut, she asked if I could pay in cash. I found 25p. and as soon as I gave her the money, she said that the haircut costs 75p., because she dried me with a hair dryer!! I.e. there was an option to go out in October weather with a wet head. I said that I was given 50 and asked to return the cache. At the reception, she began to talk aggressively with the administrator (other employees had just gathered there), and the administrator sighed and voiced 59p.(I had a bob haircut, if anything).
