I bought a stove there , the consultant said that it was better to take it without red circles , I issued it , however , they delivered it with red circles on the stove , then when I called and asked why , they already started to get out and say that it was better with red circles , it was unclear which of them to believe , moreover , they also said to buy an adapter which is not needed 🤦♀️The supervisor called and spoke rudely, absolutely incompetent staff!

But I noticed that some consultants, either out of ignorance, or most likely by agreement with some company, begin to impose the product. It was with such an incident that I once encountered, I will not mention the name of the saleswoman who, well, just imposed the goods on T.'s products, because of our stupidity, we bought the goods of these products and unfortunately had to make a refund due to the fact that the goods did not work as expected. I believe that if a consultant imposes a particular product, then most likely either the consultant has an agreement or the company has problems with the sale. The goods were replaced for us, and even then everything returned to normal.
