It's a very uncomfortable recording process. It is extremely difficult to get through, you need to leave a request and wait for a call. As a result, they wrote in Viber - who in general communicates with clients in third-party messengers?.. Especially in this one, where there is a lot of spam and mailing lists. If I hadn't come in by accident, I wouldn't even have noticed that my application was "answered". I had to ask to dial me, because I couldn't get through myself. Chatting in principle stretches the recording process, rather than simplifying it. I am contacting the clinic, as only a specific person is currently working in it. The clinic is irritating at the time of recording, and if it wasn't for the doctor, she wouldn't have contacted me anymore. The situation would be corrected and the creation of an online record would be simplified.

I took a blood test from a vein today. It was very painful. It feels like a vein has been punctured. They categorically stated to my complaint that I could not get sick... That is, the other person knows better how I should feel... A general blood test is prepared for one day. I handed it over in the morning. Now, at 7.40 pm, he has not yet arrived at the email address. When I submit such an analysis to the Horizon MC, it is always ready no later than 3 p.m. That is, apart from geographical proximity, there are no advantages in visiting a medical diagnosis.

We visited the center in order to do an ultrasound. The center is pleasant, the staff is polite, but I was very outraged by the discrepancy between the price for services on the site and in fact. We paid almost twice as much as indicated on the website. The employees motivated the discrepancy by outdated prices on the site and the fact that they could not update the price in any way. A question to the management: why are prices not updated in a timely manner, why such misinformation? Maybe knowing that the price is higher, we would have chosen another medical center. There were no questions about the quality of services.

I always get tested at this medical center. I have very thin veins, which are also deep under the skin. In all my 45 years, the blood collection procedure has been neither pleasant nor comfortable, because getting into a vein is difficult even for an experienced nurse. There is a nurse working at Meddiagnosis - Anastasia Murina - who turned out to be just a virtuoso professional! On the first attempt, we simply took three test tubes and there was not even a bruise left! This has never happened to me before! Many thanks to this attentive and experienced (despite her youth) girl! I will now intentionally always sign up only for her)).

I didn't like everything, starting with a call for a consultation, ending with an attempt to take a blood test from a finger The staff who sits and meets people, as well as advises on the phone, turned out to be quite incompetent, they cannot fully answer and explain anything Also, the huge disadvantage is that only 1 person who takes tests works, everyone is in the general queue (children, adults, who needs to take blood from a vein and who needs it from a finger) from this, the waiting time increases, but this would not be the most important thing, the first moment a girl came out to apologize for waiting in front of those who the queue has been waiting for an HOUR (and they should be next) and explained this by saying that they simply could not find a vein to take an analysis from a previous client, but history repeated itself, the next person came in and came out again and said that they could not find a vein again to take an analysis Everything would be fine, but this is medicine, it's scary to go to such doctors, especially since this is paid medicine I would like knowledgeable people in this field

We have already been tested several times, everything is not bad, although the last time a laboratory assistant girl took blood from my vein in such a way that my arm hurt for a week, this never happened (((, perhaps an accident ... but the child also complained that it hurt… The price turned out to be more expensive than in Sinevo, although there is one laboratory. And one more thing / perhaps a request ... add some yummy food or cocoa for the children, as a bonus, for the tests, as in Sinevo ... this is important for children!!!! Because an unpleasant situation came out ((( the child, as usual, was waiting for a reward), but it turned out that children are not supposed to! A trifle, but the child was at a loss (( he said next time he would only go to the Cinema! Although we live in the house next door…

There is only one blood donation room, if there is a delay, the administrator warns immediately before registration. It is convenient that you can make an appointment with doctors right away and do an ultrasound.

I really liked the center, the family passed the tests and I visited the gynecologist, the staff was polite, the administrators suggested which tests to take, the blood was taken painlessly for me and the child, did not even cry, the gynecologist was a professional, answered all my questions, made up the treatment that they could not do in the LCD. The girls at the reception are very smiling and qualified, they told us everything in detail and invited us to the office. The nurses with great understanding and professionalism did everything clearly and harmoniously, especially the attitude towards the child and the situation in the medical center were pleasant. The second time- we came to see a pediatrician, I heard a lot of good reviews, so I decided to check it myself) and I can say that it exceeded all my expectations, I conducted the examination very sensitively and carefully, quickly found a common language with the child, which is not a little important. He gave a lot of advice and recommendations to my questions, and clearly outlined an action plan for our problem. I really hope that in the future they will have a Personal Pediatrician program) I am glad that we have opened such a medical center Right next to our house, and even with such amazing professionals in their field!
