The Medeu Hotel left a wonderful impression. The spacious, cozy and clean rooms create an atmosphere of comfort and coziness. The staff is very polite and professional, the service is at a high level. The breakfasts are varied and delicious, which is a pleasant surprise. The location of the hotel is in the very center of Kostanay, which makes it easy to walk and visit the key sights of the city.

During a recent business trip, I stayed at a wonderful hotel in a small town, which pleasantly surprised me with its level and quality of services. The rooms in this hotel are offered at very affordable prices, and the luxury room I chose struck me with its spaciousness and convenience. I can definitely recommend this place to stay for those who are looking for comfort and coziness outside the house.
However, it is worth noting one aspect that requires additional attention and improvement on the part of the hotel administration. A visit to the hotel restaurant left much to be desired in terms of service: serving dishes took a considerable time, and the mushrooms brought were not fully cooked and remained cold. It will be great if the hotel management takes measures to optimize the operation of the kitchen and service in the restaurant in order to avoid such shortcomings in the future and make the stay of guests even more pleasant.

The hotel is good. Clean, comfortable, modern. The rooms have everything you need, and the service is good. The bathroom is perfectly clean. A kettle and tea pairs were quickly arranged in the room at the first request. Perfect cleanliness.
The only thing missing is a little more customer orientation...
We travel a lot, use the services of various hotels several times a year.
But, such a thing that we had to face in this hotel - we have never met anywhere ...
Alas...
A very unpleasant residue remained, which, frankly, smeared all the advantages of rest.
It's a bit strange to encounter such a level of service nowadays...
