There are bubbles and autopsy marks on the side lining. The incomplete set was returned (there was a soft sachet in the box, usb protection and a wire lock).

To which the receptionist replied that:
* Why didn't you check? (It is very interesting how this can be checked? Usually there are dozens or hundreds of parts.)
* They are denied warranty due to damage. (Actually, that's why I brought it to them. I did not damage anything, I installed it in the SSD box in which screwdrivers are not used, the device was most likely damaged when it was packaged by the manufacturer, there are hard sharp edges of the blister on the package (glued from inside the window), which damaged the element when the insert was pushed into place. This was demonstrated to the Master receiver (there was no sane reaction).
* I dropped it myself when I picked up their order. (He started accusing me))). I didn't drop anything)
* They won't solve this problem in any way. Do what you want.
That's how rude it is... It's very unpleasant.
For me - 600 rubles, I warn future buyers.

I ordered a flash drive and warned that I would not be available until 15:30, to which the answer was quite rude, in the style that delivery was from 19:30 and until that time they were not interested in me at all and they would call just before arrival, although I told them that my task was to warn them anyway, but they me And they didn't want to listen! As a result, as needed to be proved, at 10:40 there were already 2 missed ones! At 15:30, I call them back and they make claims to me why I didn't take off the phone, I'm like, because you yourself agreed that you would dial in the evenings and you yourself violated your own agreements, and now for some reason they are trying to emotionally express their dissatisfaction to me... Although they realized that they were wrong, they did not apologize and still were rude and hung up the phone. Then they called again for some reason (although we had already agreed on everything) and asked about the intercom working or not, I say there is no 100% guarantee at all, but it always worked and if it suddenly doesn't work, then I will go out and open it, no problem at all, but what are they brazenly: so how much do they need me to dial so that I go out and meet them, and I tell them you first dial into the intercom, and then if it turns out that it doesn't work, then I'll go down and that I've been waiting for them all day and tolerate their rudeness and that 2 minutes as a last resort they will wait and nothing with them it won't happen, and if they think that people near the entrance are obliged to guard them and make some kind of deals in the dark, then they are clearly mistaken (although it is obvious that it's not about the intercom and they specifically wanted to turn everything around quickly)! To which they rudely and disdainfully shouted their "okay" to me and hung up the phone again! Further, it is generally interesting, a healthy ill-mannered fellow rises to the floor and unceremoniously says something about money, come on, I'll check for him, to which he brazenly begins to lie looking into his eyes that 1) money first and 2) that if the product is opened for inspection and it turns out that it is not working, then the packaging will be damaged and the store he will not be able to sell (a non-working flash drive) to someone else and will lose money!))) I'm saying that you're in your right mind to say such a thing and that he won't get any money without checking, and it's not nice to try to sell non-working flash drives to people! As a result, he again began to disdainfully hysteria "okay" and "faster", to which I did not need your okay and I have nowhere to hurry, but I need to check everything from crooks like him! As a result, how much hatred there was in him and how he threw documents, and did not say goodbye naturally! Question: Where do you find such "couriers" and why do they still work for you!??? Also, the conclusion is that I don't want to contact MMG anymore, and by the way, something like this with their couriers already happened 4 years ago, I thought maybe something had changed, it turned out to be even worse!

It seems to be a good store (although they have fun playing with warranty periods) I was before I was "dumped": I took several positions by bank transfer, motherboard for Soc1200 was unpacked. During installation, I noticed that there seemed to be a couple of contacts missing on the screen. socete (I took this percentage 1 time). "Mom" didn't start well and didn't want to work with DIMM channel B. I waited 3 days for their tech to appear. special., I took it to the warranty. Received: "You inserted the processor carelessly, a non-warranty case." I won't buy anything from them anymore. If you buy, check on the spot, I do not recommend unpacking the product.
