I urgently needed help to restore the tooth. Elena Andreevna found a window, accepted it and did her job efficiently. During the treatment, I felt calm, realizing that I was in safe hands. I am very pleased with the result. I have been observing and treating teeth at Elena Andreevna's Medical Initiative for several years now, and I sincerely recommend the clinic and dentist E.A. Yesterday, a tooth was removed for a 7-year-old child, we went to the doctor for a month and a half. A polite, good doctor! Thank you. I lowered the rating for the fact that there are three people sitting at the reception....their work is completely out of order. Because of this, in a strange way, you have to sit and wait for something. After the child's tooth was removed, the receptionist said that the cost was not ready, and we need to wait. We sit and wait. Then another woman came up to make an appointment, a lot of questions.... We're all sitting around waiting. When I politely asked if you could pay us off and we would already leave, the child hurts after tooth extraction, they answered at the reception, wait, I'll let the woman go (three people are sitting at the counter)))). When I already said that my daughter is waiting now, let's call a taxi and go. Here I will tell you about us and found the time. It really reminded me of the registry at the clinic, only worse

The woman at the reception was rude, before the reception she slipped a paper "on the full provision of services" (that the consultation had been conducted, all questions had been answered, etc.), rolled her eyes at my "I'll sign after the reception" and said that they sign everything and this is standard for them. There are suggestions that if a conflict arises, they will poke a piece of paper signed by you before the reception and say that they don't know anything (after all, you yourself signed up for the fact that everything went great) I went to a consultation regarding the removal of two wisdom teeth (on the one hand). They only take a 2d picture, which is considered not informative. The doctor scared me that everything is bad, the teeth are complicated, you can't remove two at once, you need to take a break of 2 weeks. She came out with a wild fear of the upcoming procedure. After that, I went to another clinic for a consultation - they said the teeth were not complicated, they would calmly remove two at once, and they doubted the competence of the doctor who scared me so much with stories about bone crushing and so on. In general, I strongly advise against timid people like me!

I visited the doctor S.O. Mamontov on December 27, 24, and was extremely dissatisfied with the service. When removing the seal with the machine, no water was supplied, which caused severe discomfort, this was said more than once to the doctor. But the doctor prettily ignored the remarks. The saliva pump didn't work, I had to spit, like in the 90s. The injection was done with a very thick needle, it hurt! But it was all lived through. The bill for all the treatment is exorbitant. After the "treatment", the tooth hurt for another 2 days. I called the clinic, they told me to come to the head of the department. A nice woman spoke to me very correctly, and offered to return to the doctor Mamontova S.Oh, I refused. I was received by doctor V.A. Solomevich, a very competent doctor, who reacted to the whole situation with understanding. As a result, I had to open the treated tooth and put the medicine in. I have no desire to return to this clinic anymore.

Not that I'm afraid of dentists, but observing quite often unsuccessful experiments of removing "Wisdom Teeth" from friends, I was very nervous before removing my two. But Oksana Valeryevna did everything so quickly and painlessly that I felt ashamed for my worries and tears) Irina Igorevna treated caries, too, everything is at the highest level - quickly, efficiently, carefully) Also, a very pleasant X-ray technician, E.R. Doubtful, but okay. Pros: relatively fresh renovation, good equipment, reasonable prices, convenient location. Cons: a strange smell in the hallway (as if in a public bath). The work of specialists (I was only with a stomatologist) seems to be good, but I would like it better. The top eight was removed, the picture was not taken, although I clarified exactly what you will remove without a picture, as a result, the sinus was damaged during removal and there was nosebleed. As I understand it, the location of the tooth was such that I would have damaged it with a picture, but I would like to know about this in advance, and not after removal. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Half an hour before the doctors' visit, I called the center, but they didn't find our coupons... they promised to call back in 10 minutes.... The clinic is serviced by administrators at the reception at the level of the district free polyclinic. After talking to one of the girls, I got the impression that I came to her house and wanted something incomprehensible. Girls will be more friendly in the district polyclinic. And about the provision of services, in particular about tooth extraction, I will write a separate review. I don't recommend it.

My mother and I made teeth here, and a year later the filling dissolved in both of them, and holes formed on all the teeth in place of the old fillings. I had to go back to another clinic and have both teeth redone, but with canal cleaning and much more expensive than before. We do not recommend this clinic, I was disappointed with the result.

IT'S JUST OUTRAGEOUS There are a lot of claims against the dentist surgeon Yanovich Neonila Sergeevna! I'll start in order 1. I pay money, why don't they inject me with enough painkillers so that I don't feel pain during wisdom tooth extraction surgery?! The surgeon injected 2 injections, and waited 15 minutes by the sea for the weather… 2. To the words that the anesthesia did not work, but only the outer part of the soundboard was numb and swam in my eye, I was not given an answer except "oh, I think I punctured the capillary, but that's okay." 3. After the difficult removal, according to the doctor, I was not given any instructions on how to care for the wound, what is possible, what is not, and so on… 4. I was told to drink any painkiller, nothing specific ... this already somehow characterizes the attending physician. Antihistamines were not prescribed, ointments for healing were not prescribed, only an incomprehensible antibiotic was prescribed and they did not even explain what it was for. I will keep silent about the fact that I initially signed up for another doctor, but by the will of cruel fate I got to this woman.

I do not need these services at the moment , if necessary, I will order them myself. But apparently there is no customer orientation there, there is only a stupid imposition of unnecessary services. He refused. I wrote a complaint . They haven't heard about professionalism there. Previously, teeth were treated somehow , now they are somehow trying to expand the range of services . Avoid this medical center, lost time and not a closed issue.

I do not recommend this center. Horror. I was at an appointment with Keremsh's oncologist surgeon to remove moles. I've done this procedure before with another surgeon, I know how it should be. After the injection of lidocaine, the doctor immediately got down to business, without waiting for the anesthesia to take effect, cut with a scalpel alive and saw that it hurt me. I put a bactericidal patch on the wounds from which blood flows. Are you serious??? When I was waiting for the documents, my clothes were soaked in blood and only then a normal bandage was applied, and in the presence of another patient. I was horrified when I saw that there was a 20 kopeck coin hole in the place of the 2mm birthmark.The skin is cut cleanly and that's it. The doctor did not bother to sew up such a wound, because he looked at the time during the whole reception and mumbled that he had time to finish the appointment. And there probably wasn't enough time to put stitches on. The work is not for quality but for speed, and this is a paid center!!! I went to another center to fix the situation. As a result, time spent, money and health.

But when state dentists (paid) do not take on difficult cases, but here they are perceived as an ordinary case, then no money is spared, the main thing is that the problem is solved. After reading the reviews, I decided to treat my tooth in this dentistry, but I was not as lucky as the others and very soon I regretted this choice. Why treat when you can put a seal directly on the caries, also a cement one (apparently they save so much). It was lucky that they did not completely cover the caries and left a small black hole, which saved the tooth from such dentists, but in another clinic. It's a pity for the time and money spent. I definitely do not recommend it.
