I had a "septoplastika" done by Dana Brajovic. From the beginning she was very unprofessional, she convinced me to have the surgery "right away", she did not even ask me to have a CT of the sinuses before the surgery. On the day of the operation, the doctors almost forgot that the operation should consist of two parts, they remembered it an hour before the operation. The medical staff was rude. Three weeks after the surgery I still felt bad, I couldn't breathe normally, it was getting worse. I asked for the opinion of another doctor who said that the surgery had not been done and that the situation was getting worse. I then tried to lodge a complaint with MediGroup customer service. They did not reply within the stated deadline. After I sent emails and called everyone, they finally replied and said that "our investigation showed that the surgery was performed in an acceptable manner". They deny any mistakes and will not give a refund. I paid 98000 RSD and my insurance paid another 1000 EUR.

Very responsive staff, they will always tell you everything you need and always with a smile on their face. Almost everyone speaks English, some speak Russian. Everything is quite clean and tidy. The equipment is modern and technologically advanced.

Fancy clinic, dear. The medical equipment is new and good. The doctors are polite. But the reception staff is rude. I needed help with insurance, the girl did not understand English, and I did not speak Serbian yet. She yelled at me, and no one helped.
